I wanted a cleaning team instead of one person and saw a neighbor using Halohs so I gave them a try. I ordered the deep clean and the ladies were prompt, polite and did an excellent job. From now on I will have the regular cleaning service but I'm very pleased with their work and the follow up to make sure I was happy. I have a dog and 2 cats, they handled it all very well.

If you're looking for a company that expects you to work around their schedule, charges a lot of $$, rushes through your house then this ones for you. The owner is the issue as she doesn't give her staff enough time to clean or enough travel time. They've no showed, are consistently 1-3 hrs late, and do a mediocre job at best. Honestly not the cleaners fault- they tried their best but were rushed. Shelby sent me an automated message that they would arrive 3 hrs early- the reason was because they had a cancellation. When I said i couldn't do that time she cancelled on me. She

Have been using their cleaning services going on two years now and have always been pleased. Especially after a few disappointing experiences from other companies with their lack of attention to detail and professionalism. The owner is very prompt when it comes to communication and accommodating any special requests. She even came to my home for the very first visit to make sure everything and everyone was on time and our needs were met. We have very small children ages 3 and 3 months and her staff is always very warm, friendly and extremely considerate of them. Highly recommend.

Haloh’s has been the best cleaning service I have used. And it took a long time to find one that actually left thing where they were if it wasn’t garage- they don’t redesign your house. They simply clean it, laundry and any other requests.
Rosie comes every 3rd week and the company and way it is ran is top notch: organized, and perfect.

My husband and I had to move to Maryland in a hurry to take care of family and we hired Halohs to do a move out clean. Our place was a mess and Haloh's team cleaned our place so well, helped us pack our things, and helped remove the trash. We got our deposit back for our rental with no problem! They are wonderful, kind, caring, and compassionate about their work and their customers! I will always recommend this company and wish they were in Maryland as I would trust them with my family and friends here too!

Thank god for my security cameras! First time using this company. They spent three hours on an upstairs bathroom. Spent much of that time on the phone.
Then they tried to charge me for six hours when they very clearly only worked five!!
I have the arrival and departure on video timestamped.
Work was mediocre at best.
Waiting to hear from the management. Could be they where lied to by the employees - we will see what is done by them. UPDATE - they took off one hour.
THEY SPENT FOUR HOURS ON TWO BATHROOMS. not kidding or exaggerating..granted they were dirty but two people four hours on two
