We had our kitchen cabinets refaced by Boyars approximately 6years ago. Our experience and satisfaction would rate 5 stars.
Recently we have been experiencing a couple drawers sticking and being very difficult to pull open. It's as if some of the adhesive is causing the problem between the cabinet face and back edge of the drawers. I called the office and was told to provide pictures of the drawers, copy of contract and warranty. By email we submitted documents and pictures as requested.
Today we received a phone call telling us that their customer service supervisor had looked at the pictures

Recently had our kitchen cabinets redone by Boyar's Kitchen Cabinets. They were extremely professional and had a superior product, ie, all wood doors and drawer fronts with soft close mechanisms. They started a day late as they were finishing up another job. The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job. At completion, we had a substantial punch list which they completed to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Boyar's for your kitchen cabinets!

I had my cabinets refaced as well as countertops and backsplash replaced through Boyars and I could not be happier!! I worked with Stacey on the design, she was wonderful. Super nice, very accommodating when I had to reschedule appointments with her a few times, and extremely patient while I worked through my indecision on choosing colors, countertops, and backsplash - changed my mind a few times on all of these and she was able to work with me with the patience of a saint. I had a terrible experience. I ordered new kitchen cabinets and the sales person took very detailed measurements. They had a second person come out to remeasure and he took inaccurate measurements. When the installation team came out to install, nothing worked right because the cabinets were not the right size.
I had to live for one month without the ability to store dishware in my cabinets so they could come out and reinstall. I had to beg management to have a supervisor come on site to ensure that things would be done correctly. Even then, there are small blemishes in

Boyars refaced and replaced the kitchen cabinets in my rental condo in 2019. Counters and kitchen sink included. They also replaced the counters in both bathrooms and installed new sinks and installed new faucets and associated plumbing in everything.

This will be my last response as I only wanted to support the facts I stated and assumably Boyars will continue to make accusations of harassment, stalking, and extortion. Although, I would assume most wouldn't view an albeit negative review yet respectful review on Yelp explaining their experience with a company as a form of harassment or stalking.

Stacey came out and presented exactly what we needed, new drawers, doors and updating. Stacey walked us thru new ideas and upgrading with 21st century add on extras. Soft close doors & drawers. Pull out drawers in cabinets. And adding new doors to shelving. She really knows her stuff!

Some workers were good some of the workers were a nightmare. There was a long list of damage to my condo from the workers lack of precautionary measures. They cut and polished Quartz stone in my kitchen without putting down any plastic. My entire condo was a dust bowl of toxic silica dust that I had to clean.
The owner was responsive over the phone but she never once returned to the project after it had begun even after multiple issues with the project. The workers brought in the quartz slabs on rollers with absolutely nothing covering my wood floors which resulted in extensive damage.

I'm very pleased with the cabinet refacing job done by Boyars. After getting quotes from two other companies who had to give me a 2-hour spiel before they would even give me a cost estimate, I asked Melissa to save us both some time by giving me a ballpark number. She agreed and after 10 min of measuring, she gave me a range which I felt I could work with and was willing to hear more. The meeting was professional, seemed honest and lasted less than an hour. I felt confident in the company and years of experience each person had in his/her role. No gimmicks, no false promises.

Boyar's remodeled our kitchen, refacing the cabinet box, installing new cabinet doors, putting in a new granite countertop, installing a new backsplash and cabinet door pulls. The complete project took about a month and we couldn't be happier. The new kitchen looks great!
