Owner Joshua D. Michael has been in the plumbing trade for over 10 years. During this time he went to trade school in the evenings and received his journeyman card in plumbing and HVAC. Joshua is a licensed master plumber for the state of Delaware as well as New Castle County, Kent County, and the state of Maryland.

I called yesterday and was so grateful to get an appointment for this morning at 9:00am. I am not usually here during the day and I have an injured dog that I had to make sure to carry upstairs and put away before the plumber was to arrive.
I understand that service calls are not always 100% on time, but by 10:00am, he wasn’t here and I had not received a call for an ETA. I sent a text letting the plumber know that I’d be fine to reschedule, but I never heard back.
I booked this company because of the many positive reviews. I hate posting negative ones, but the thing is that my time is valuable

After a leak ( under sink) I had and tried to fix it twice myself over 3 years, it started to leak again😞 Ran into the boss and talked to him about it, he said no problem and gave me his card. Called him and he sent his guys out. The guys were great!!! Fixed the problem nice and clean no leak. Thanks !!!

Any company can hop right on a job, but as far as I am concerned, only one company can get the job done quickly and provide the upmost professional and courteous service.
Within 24 hours, I was given a quote and had a replacement water heater installed. It was done with care, cleanliness, and it was done right.
Customer service speaks volumes and it’s hard to find a company this good.
JDM #1 is named properly. #1 in all areas of service.

Completely took advantage when I was in another state. They gave me a quote when they arrived at my house for several hundred dollars for a fix I could have done my self in under an hour for less than 30. but because I was out of state i told them to go ahead. Then after a short time when they started working on it, the upped the price again. The final bill was for 200 more than the initial quote with over 125 for "materials" when the materials would have been under 30 if I purchased myself. They are not honest and will take you for a ride.

I hired Josh to do some simple plumbing work in my home. We needed to install a faucet, water filter and repair some fittings that were faulty. To be fair with this review I will break down the tasks and explain my dissatisfaction.
1. Replacing the water shutoff to my outside faucet. This was done right.
2. Refrigerator water line. Was done correctly.
3. Faucet installation. Here is where things went downhill. After a day of use we opened the cabinet and saw a puddle of water below the shutoff valves leading to the faucet. Keep in mind that Josh installed my brand new faucet including
