I've had nothing but good experiences with Fletchers, with both their technicians and people in the office. The first time I used them was a few years ago with a clogged drain and they went above & beyond to find the part to repair it for me. I live in a mobile home so parts are not easy to come by. The second time was just last year after I had a new heating/air unit installed by Horizons (NEVER use them; will explain later), and we thought we had a water leak under the home. The guys from Fletchers were "all up" in our insulation and under our home trying to find the leak because Horizons "didn

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Although we did not use their service, I still wanted to give them a positive review. They were responsive when setting the appointments, and were very gracious when we had to reschedule twice and then cancel. They were highly recommended to us, and we would consider using them in the future.

Today, Brian Fletcher of Fletcher plumbing arrived at our home to give us a quote on a Halo UV system for our furnace. Before he left, I asked him to help fix a leak in a hose on a toilet.
