DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! My carpet looked EXACTLY the same as it did before the cleaning was done. As the technician cleaned the carpet I kept telling him the carpet is not getting clean. He was giving me the dumbest excuse, "I spray the chemical and it will take time to lift the stains." In a foreign accent. I immediately asked for a supervisor and he demanded I pay him $200 cash only and was extremely aggressive towards me. I paid and never spoke with a supervisor. It's been two weeks and still no resolution. I would give zero stars if I could..

I hired Carpet Cleaning Waldorf and I highly satisfied. I saw in their website they had a whole house special for $199. When I called the lady was kind and even offered to have the cleaners come out the next day. When the gentleman came to my home, he was very professional and respectful to my home. He came in and immediately looked over my home and got to work. He completed my house in about an hour (just doing routine cleaning, no serious spots). He explained the cleaning process and if I wanted any deodorizer which I opted in for; it was only $50.00 more so I got it. I really liked the fact
