Honestly no one should come here customer service skills are disgraceful, store management was given a little power so walks around like he's a big shot talks super fast but we couldn't understand nothing, is not business savy at all I'm surprised there still operating
We definitely will not be going back!!.

I went to buy tiles, horrible experience the girl at the front desk was rude to me when I was simply asking to see a product. They only speak Spanish in there for the most part which is cool but when different clients come and are greeted because they do speak Spanish and they’re taken care of before you. Made me feel a bit out of place. I will not be going back there I will definitely find a new tile place.

Wonderful customer service. Very organized with social distancing, mask wearing and general customer management. And amazing selection.
Update to finished kitchen - Our experience with Floors and Tiles has been extremely positive. Horrible customer service! Me and my husband were in the store for a whole hour and not one soul came to help us. Everytime we had a question we had to go to the desk only for the attendants to point at tile vs. actually get up and help us. Again, worst service I’ve ever experienced. The unfortunate part is we were ready to purchase today however we did not receive the service we expected.

We remodeled our kitchen cabinets and the experience was very pleasant. It is worth mentioning that not everyone reaches the level of demand of my wife and you guys made it. Big shoutout to Maria who managed to create a design of the cabinets to our liking. Also Marcos the installer who is very focused on details and cleaning. They were both very professional. Thank you for all the attention and for an excellent job.

I bought tiles and grout from here but the entire pick up process was cumbersome. They had no communication from front desk to backside pick up area. We kept waiting for 30-40 mins before they realized they had to pass on our ticket from payment to delivery. After that long wait when the guy came to deliver, he said there is no refund or exchange for broken tiles and hence we should check each tile in the palette. So the entire process took more than an hour. They don’t accept online or phone payments so you really have to keep going through broken process patiently.
