This is a first review for us but it deserves ATTENTION!
We went all over Redlands, Yucaipa, San Bernardino and Riverside looking at flooring and all we did was get more confused on what, how much, what surface etc.
We happened to stop in at Western and found a very welcoming lady (Jaime) pleasant and easy to visit with ... she took her time and was also a good listener ... we set a time for a free estimate.
The following day the actual owner Chris came into our home and that is where this review really begins.
This person was what I call an A-B expert ... very cordial and knowledgeable and
