After another company diagnosed my system and said I needed a new one I called Actionaire for an estimate. Not only was Kenny able to get my old unit up and running but also provided an estimate within a couple of hours with multiple options. New system is running perfect and I will highly recommend them in the future.

My husband and I just moved to town yesterday and when we got here, our heating was not working at all. It was freezing in our house. I called at the end of the day and spoke with Rosa. She said that she would get someone to us on Wednesday morning but would try to fit me in today. She was able to find someone to come to our house today and he fixed our heat pump!! It is so nice to not be freezing anymore!! Definitely recommend this company and will be coming to them for any HVAC needs!!!

The communication was horrible called for estimate said would be out never called or showed when they said they would be out. Called and asked what was up said they would check with the tech and find out and call me back. Yep again no call back. Called next day asked what the issue was said oh sorry tech got busy ok so a phone call would have been nice anyways on to the next day called said they would send someone out and that he was on a 2 hour job and he will call when he leaves so I left the house for 14 minutes to run an errand and when I get home message saying he was there and gone so again

While they were quick to respond to my phone call for a repair, after the tech diagnosed the issue and we agreed to order the part any and all communication stopped. They couldnt give me an ETA on when the part would be in .They just expect you to sit and wait with zero explanation or communication on what is going on. Will not be using this company in the futrue.

Don't use this company! They mark up all materials by approximately 75%. They left leaks in our basement for a week because they were unprepared for the job and needed to reschedule to finish the job. After the third visit their was still leaks from the unit. The manager Mallory refused to send someone out to fix the leaks stating the job as "complete". She also refuse to let us speak to her boss or the owner. Very unprofessional and extremely over priced. The crew was awesome though.
