We needed a new gas furnace and wanted the ducts replaced under our house. We were not interested in a ductless system. From the beginning, we were contacted quickly and they bid was very reasonable. We also wanted the option to install AC later and we were provided options for this as well. Everyone is friendly and efficient. They did outstanding work and our little old house is so comfortable. Thank you!

I am on their maintenance program. Called them due to no A/C. Was told replace the system. No sitting down with me and giving me options or explaining what I'm looking at. No concern or empathy just" well I work here and I dont have A/C". I was told due to holidays it would take some time to get back to me with prices. I had to reach out to them and was given a staggering price tag with still no answers. Finally after waiting 7 days got a hold of the manager and let him know my concerns asked for a refund of my maintenance. To add insult to injury they charged me and sent my refund over $200.00
