These folks are so nice, responsive, fair, and knowledgeable! The estimate was free of charge, and we got some generous advice out of that. When we called them back for service, they took care of the problem, and since our bees' nest was in a tough spot (behind an old cement pipe, IN the base of our foundation), they promptly scheduled a return visit free of charge!
