Best customer service ever! I bought a closet and promptly put it together wrong. I ruined a couple of pieces. The company came to my rescue immediately. I don’t know why others expected anything other than particle board for the price. Be advised, it takes a little knowledge of basic carpentry to put it together. I have none. The five stars are for customer service.

I had to give one star to leave a rating but I really mean to give it 0 stars. The photos show how we got a defective pantry. Upon putting it together we realized that the back panel didn’t fit because the side panels were different: one panel had a groove for the back panel to sit in and the other didn’t (see pictures). The manual even shows that both pieces should have grooves. I’ve put together quite a few pieces of furniture and when there is a “cardboard” type back that slides in there are always grooves in the surrounding pieces to hold the back in place. This is some serious bush
