After waiting several weeks with some vague timelines this happened ... I received a message from our General Contractor stating Rob was on site for the project. Unfortunately, our GC hadn't told us to expect Rob, so we weren't at the property. Totally our mistake. I told him I could be there in 15 minutes but he refused to wait. I promptly messaged Rob to reschedule to which he replied that he wasn't available until December and he'd be charging us an extra $100 for his lost time. We've already waited several weeks and dealt with some shifty timelines. No thanks.
