I locked myself out of my apartment and Eli was able to make it out to my house within 15 minutes. He also made me a new key, so that this (hopefully) will not happen again. My car was having an issue where I couldn't even get the key into the ignition. Apparently this is a known bug of older Jettas. After almost two hours trying everything my Google research suggested I try without success, I finally gave up and called for a tow truck. I was in luck though, because the tow company suggested I call Sonic Locksmith mobile services to come to me instead. I called Sonic and Ben came out right away. He even brought his pooch Tony along for the call!

Great service ever! I just made an extra key set (key + remote in one unit) for my daughter because we just purchased the car with only one key without remote two weeks ago. It is extremely inconvenient for my daughter, especially with her friends. She may lock her key by accident. So, we decided make extra one. Unbelievable great service! Everything was done in 10 minutes. This remote will make my daughter safer before entering the car from her work at night. Thanks for the great work!

By far the best service and warm welcome I have ever gotten from a profession locksmith. I purchased a pretty rare OEM key on eBay, so I figured we only had 1 chance to get it right. To my surprise, he was cool enough to cut a few generic practice keys from his supply, just to get the machine measurements perfectly set. Then he preformed the final cut, and it turned out flawless. This company is nothing but professional, and his commitment to each customer really shows. I can't recommend Sonic locksmith enough, especially for vintage and collectible keys. Thanks again!

My lock had been completely messed up by the emergency locksmiths whom I called when I got locked out. This is a very old and rare model. So, I was very pessimistic about being able to restore it.
Miri of Sonic Locksmiths did a wonderful job! She gave me a couple of suggestions in different price ranges, but at every step, suggested that we try the more wallet friendly option. She went far to find a replacement parts for this decades old model, instead of just asking me to replace the whole thing. She even found parts that looked aesthetically pleasing.
At the end, the project cost me far less

Called them for a lockout. Going by the good reviews, when they told me they will be sending someone out, I didn't ask to be connected to the technician and that's a mistake I did.
Ended up paying $145 for a lockout (this was actually a 10 mins thing) and listened to language such as 'kiss up to you' with my family right next in a car. When I asked the guy to watch his language, he asked me to 'not overreact'.
Just for reference - after he had left my home, I got another quote for $75 from 24/7. Another locksmith had given me a rough quote of $60.

I'm a little disappointed in the service for the fact that he had to drill my lock to get in because the was my last option. I didn't catch his name. It took him over an hour only to tell me he was unable. So drill it! $150 later. I'm just curious though. Since it's a bottom lock and being that it's a locksmith business, shouldn't they be able to pick a lock? Unless, the smart lock is that smart.
On the bright side, he was nice and even tried to help me climb through a window.

Although I received a pretty quick response via email/text took an extra day to get out to me. The fix was a $10-$15 part at best but charged me $260 for $15 minutes of work. Damn, more than my lawyer costs me per hour. Could have replaced the entire Lock set twice for that And the tech was in the area so a driving fee was not a proper reason.

Eli was a pleasure to work with - I called him up in the evening to get a key duplicated because the people at Home Depot couldn't duplicate it! They said they didn't have the right key for it and to go to a locksmith.
I thought I'd have to shell out big money, but Eli gave me a more than fair price for a key duplication. I had my duplicate within the hour on a random weekday and he was pleasant and professional throughout. Definitely looking forward to coming to him for all my future key needs!!!

Highly recommend to anyone who needs to get their stuff done right away. Lost my car keys, my only car key while working 16 hrs down at Menlo Park and was just too exhausted to search for it. called up several other locksmith but Sonic Locksmith was the only one available on the spot! I cannot recommend Sonic Enough. I was trying to install a Schlage Lock myself and I got stuck because my Door was too thick. I tried putting my old lock back and I couldn't (too . many things needed to be aligned). At 9:45pm desperate, I called home depot, and of course they had no clue. I Called Sonic, and he told me that he had the extension kit needed to finish the job (it would have taken a week to get it from Amazon). I was able to make an appointment and get it from him at 11:00pm.
