Shelley in the customer care dept. is awesome! Typically, I don’t like to engage in conversation about Add-ons to my car or be bothered by extra packages but Shelley appropriately and kindly approached me in the waiting room while my car was in for service to explain to me that I had “Onstar” enabled in my car and the different features that it has and how I might as well take advantage of the 30 day trial. She was very detailed as she explained to me what exactly it was, and the different ways I could use it and just how helpful it can be in different situations! Even in the freezing cold

Vinnie was great with us from the minute we walked in the door. Had them bring me a car from another affiliate. The brakes were deplorable. Then they tried to give me $4000 less than my trade was worth, ran my credit at 4.9% after I asked for their best rate, and wouldn't take a dollar off their vehicle.
This place is the epitome of why people now buy cars online.

Colonial west service deot is the best service department in NEW ENGLAND. Edison, Chris &Jackie are very knowledgeable and honest.
I have been to other dealers ships like the one I purchased my vehicle from. Went back for something that need a $22 part and they wanted to charge me $2500. Went to colonial west in Fitchburg told Chris what was happening they had it fixed for $55 . I was like dam I can't belive the place I just purchased the my vechile from was trying to charge me up for something so simple. So from that point on me and my brothers and everyone else I know only deal with Colonial

I recently bought a 2018 Volt back from a lease, 33K miles. It was so so easy, no games, i feel like I got a great car at a great price,, and they took care of everything, even picking me up from the train station when I came out to pick up the car from Boston. I wasn't intending to buy, only look, and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I had my mechanic look at the car yesterday, and he said it had new brakes and everything was perfect. Absolutely horrible. I've tried to schedule recall repairs 4 times with this shop. Each time they've told me that they'd order the parts and call me back...... Well, they've never called me back. Then, I went online to their website and scheduled an oil change. Everything went smoothly until I showed up. Apparently, they aren't certified to do my oil change! I said that their website allowed me to schedule the work, why? They responded that it was my fault for not including the VIN number! I pointed out that there wasn't anywhere to enter the VIN number!! They said "that's too bad, we can't help

The car has not been fixed. We put the car in because it was pulling to the right. They said they drove and fixed it and it clearly has not been. We asked that they look at it again, and did not even drive it. We have the original mileage and when we picked it up.
In addition, when we said it was not, they did not agree. They felt it was aligned, but something else is wrong. The wheel is tight when turned to the left and lose when turned to the right. My tires are uneven after only a small amount of miles.. SOMETHING IS STILL WRONG. Taking it elsewhere.

I was impressed with the team member I spoke to set up the service appointment. This was my second experience with Colonial Chevrolet-West. The service time was exactly what I was told, which was greatly appreciated since I waited in the very clean and comfortable waiting area.
