On 9/27/2021 me and my husband walked into this dealership, we had just had a total loss on a vehicle and were looking to replace it ASAP. Ram greeted us and was so helpful! As was Zack! Called today inquiring about a truck that is listed at $35,000 MSRP. Was told that for an out of state sale I can not pick up the vehicle and that it must be delivered. The fee ? $10,000. I thought I heard the girl wrong so I asked again. She said unless I was cash buyer it’s $10,000. Is that even legal ? Great customer service.

I purchased a brand new 2021 Ram 1500 Warlock this weekend. Easily the best new car buying experience I have ever had.
I have been looking for a new truck and a fair trade value for a few months now. Another nearby (very large) dealership offered me very unfair rates with no room for negotiation, using the chip shortage as an excuse. Harr was a completely different experience
They delivered on everything. Adrian and Leya were very friendly, very helpful and transparent throughout the entire process.

I have never in my entire life experienced such horrendous customer service at any business location. It all began when I arrived at a price to visit the dealership to lease a brand new car. The car I wanted I was told had been just sold. Then, I was put on to another vehicle that was similar so we agreed and I signed the lease paperwork and put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, until the rest of down payment would be paid. Today was my first time visiting the Harr Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Ram Service Center. My new 2020 Jeep Trailhawk Elite was getting its first Jeep wave loyalty service at 2890 miles. I don't really drive a lot I purchased the vehicle in April 2020.
At the service center I was greeted by Joshua he was happy to see me. Ask me what I was in, answered all my questions. Set me up in his computer, showed me around the new screen kiosk
That you can sign in on to see what services you be having today. Very nice feature.
Throughout the service center there was plenty of hand sanitizer.
