Great sales experience in leasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I went to 3 - 4 other dealers and was just aghast of the experience I had. When Artie contacted me, I told him what i was looking for agreed to a price over the phone and closed that night. I was not there for 2 hours like other dealers, ...it took less than 30 minutes. No hassle and great salesmanship !

I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and I received a call from Arty Walsh that he found one for me. I had the best experience here! My dad has gotten several Jeeps from this dealership, so I knew I had to! My salesman was Arty Walch. He was super kind and helpful! I went in on 7/10 to put this Wrangler on hold. I was taken care of right away. And I was in and out in a flash! Today I just picked up my gorgeous new Wrangler ( pictured below, next to my old Jeep). I was able to get a great deal and financing. We were able to get a very good value for my trade in. I recently bought a Ram at this dealership and had a great experience. Yvonne was my saleswoman and she was attentive and quick to find answers for everything I asked. Negotiations were fast and low stress. Never felt pressured into a decision. I was in-between a Ram and F-150 but the difference in the sales team at Westboro CDJR actually swayed me into the Ram and I couldn't be happier. I visited/communicated with 7 different dealerships in MA. (Newtonville Dodge was the worst.) I appreciated that this place was straight forward and low key. I called for an appointment and the person I spoke to was in fact the salesperson I dealt with, Yvonne. (This was not the case in other places which, frankly, drove me nuts.) The whole process was pretty painless to be honest, which was exactly the experience I wanted. No hustle, the people were human. Yvonne was great. Love my car, and I am happy with the price. I would deal with them again.

These guys are AWESOME! We came in here in need to purchase a few cars. Jeremy helped us out right of the bat. DO NOT BUY A JEEP HERE! SCAMMERS AND LIARS. BAIT AND SWITCH. There is a reason why they have 2.5 STARS! Salesperson JEREMY GARDEN lied to me about the options my jeep had. Noticed as I drove the jeep the SAFETY PACKAGE was missing. Contacted him immediately. He said he didn't think it was important. Contacted the GM TOM SULLIVAN and Sales Manager JOHN FREITAS next day to return the jeep as it was not the model I ordered and they blamed me for JEREMY GARDEN LYING TO ME! He did say he was buying a home, no wonder he pounced on me when I walked in the door and said anything to make a sale.

Went in looking to test drive a couple of trucks, not exactly sure of what I wanted. Jeremy Garden was awesome to work with. He helped me narrow down my selection to two, set me up with test drives, and gave us space to review the trucks, but was available to answer questions...many many questions. Would recommend them without hesitation.
My truck had a minor issue, so I got to work with the service team, and they provided a great experience, acted quickly, set me up with a rental, no questions and they communicated with me with updates. All issues were quickly resolved. I will definitely work

Oh man were these guys BAD! They promised me a certain car to be delivered TWICE, and couldn't get the car. In addition, they wanted me to sign an agreement without the car being there! I gave them a down payment for the car, told them when I'd need it (and they agreed) and then NOTHING. It was actually quite pathetic. Anyhow, I went up to New Hampshire and got a new Jeep no problem in about an hour. Thank you, ALLEN MELLO.

These guys get zero stars today. I was so disgusted to walk in and see HALF of the employees in masks. The other half decided they could care less about their fellow colleagues or any potential buyers. They either wore their masks under their chins, under their nose or not at all. I asked our sales rep (who was wearing a mask) that we were conducting our business outside because we were uncomfortable. He apologized but still, I was all done. My three year old wears masks better than these adults.

Within the last two day my fiancé and I not only bought one but TWO Jeeps from Westboro Jeep. Every single person who helped us was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Our sales consultant Jeremy was awesome and made sure we both got the best deal possible! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. I could go far into depth regarding this service department, but the other reviewers have done a nice job explaining. Dan's Jeep Service department is just all around a horrifying business to work with. They give Jeep a bad name. I had a recall on my Jeep that they "inspected" in 2018. They declared that it was fine, but the part has since stopped working. They all but refused to help get it fixed. The service "manager" was condescending and rude, and just flat out did not want to do his job. You have one job- to service cars- and you're incapable, trying to rip people

Josh Perrone was amazing! He was straight up front about everything, asked me what I wanted my monthly payments to be before we even looked at cars, then gave me a list of cars that would comply with my monthly… payment! He answered all my questions truthfully, and most importantly worked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. If I could give them zero stars I would! This service department is the worst. They messed up an oil change and I almost blew the engine as oil leaked out during my 2hr drive north. Then on a state inspection they pulled my sticker "before" checking the tires, which has to be BS because it's the first section on their form. They wouldn't give me a temp sticker, so I could source tires elsewhere . They blatantly trapped me! I was forced to have them do the work, but they managed to screw that up, as well. I am a lifelong Jeep owner and resident of Westborough. I called on Monday 7/22 to schedule a (pre-paid) "free" service. When I called the representative confirmed I had 2 "free" services left and gave me her earliest appointment, Monday 7/29.
When I checked in for service the representative at the desk confirmed oil, filter and tire rotation. I also requested my state inspection sticker.

I see a lot of complaints about their service dept and that may all be true - I haven't had my vehicles serviced here just due to it's lengthy distance from my place of employment & home. But if you're looking to buy - I feel as thought I was able to secure a reasonable deal (I priced the model vehicle with several dealerships) as well as superior service compared to some other purchases I have made in the past.

Worst service department I've ever dealt with in my life!!!!! They out right lied on 2 phone calls also went back on their word. The man I spoke with was named Bob. He kind of threatened me! It was weird. Bob should not have any job where he is allowed to deal with the public. The rest of the dealership may be great but they should really take a look at their service dept. Wow are they bad!

Horrible service! I took my vehicle here 3 times to fix a headlight and they couldn't figure it out. On the 3rd time they said I had to replace the TIPM and quoted me over $1200. I went somewhere else and they reset it for $50 and I haven't had a problem since then. Don't go here. They don't know what they are doing.
