Came in looking for a new car. First words out of sales man were “do you really need to test drive more than one.” Then we styled on a2017 explorer, we have two infants and wanted captain chairs in second row. Well after two days the salesman had not asked service about installing said seats and hadn’t done any research if I could get that model with that option. A very very simple deal of call when when you find what I want or price the change turned into high pressure sales technique to get me into something they already had. Absolutely zero willingness to do anything other than sell me

Short overview - I drove 1.5 hours to test drive the car. Test drive is me alone in the car and a promise to be back an hour before close. I like it but it's a little more expensive than I was looking for. I return the car and say I'll think about it.
