Gave this place a second chance what a mistake! Went to look at 2018 Toyota Corolla bumper hanging off (they'll take care of that he said) I said REALLY??? You bring us a car like this? Salesman tells us that he had to jump the car and to not turn it off (you know because it had not been started in awhile), we should have said no right there but took the car for a ride anyways...wheel pulling to the right, lights flickering, basically should NOT be trying to sell this car to ANYONE. We say this is definite NO and we want to look at another model that a family member found on there lot. The

I bought a used Camry from Westboro Toyota on New Years Day and I am extremely happy with my experience. Florian, the Business Manager, was especially helpful. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and answer all questions honestly. I have to admit I was dreading the experience beforehand but Florian put all my anxiety to rest. I had the most wonderful experience here at Westboro Toyota. My sales person, Leo Oliveira, was extremely helpful and upfront with me about my options and got straight to the point. Dean Russo was very personable and professional; I have no complaints about any of the people that helped me. All the staff were friendly and easy to talk to about my concerns, and they alleviated every concern I had. None of my questions went unanswered and I am extremely pleased with my experiences. Put a deposit on a 2022 Sienna Woodland Edition while it was still on the truck. I was able to reach Dean and Shaun every time I had a question or concern. They were knowledgeable and prompt with the paperwork. They have integrity in their business practices. I purchased from out of state, so it was important for me to work with people that I could trust.
My new van is absolutely gorgeous. Came right off the truck with only 10 miles on it. They had it shined up and everything working for me to pick up. I could not be happier.

Horrible experience. Went through the process of buying one of their used cars, was promised touch ups and a cleaning. The touchups were horribly done with the paint not matching the car at all. Everyone was very dismissive when we were trying to figure out a solution. Riki went very fast through the entire buying process and then had no care in helping or getting us the car once the papers were signed. They try their best to get the deal and get the car off the lot as fast as they can. Typical male dominated misogynistic environment. Very disappointed

Westboro Toyota is 100% lacking integrity.
We were lied to by salesman Ricky saying the car we were interested in was not in an accident, and that all new (er) cars come with an undercoating. The Carfax proved the no accident claim was false as it showed 2 previous accidents. The dealership we ended up at proved the statement about undercoating new (er) cars was also false. This guy literally lied to our faces not once but twice!
Its now been 12 days, daily calls (and email) to 4 different people and the $2000 deposit put on our credit card still has not been credited. Our salesman told us 12

Made an appointment to get an oil change for 4:30. Arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and spent over 2 hours waiting for what should've taken 15-20 minutes. If you can go anywhere else, save yourself the time and frustration.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle and get a trade in appraised. I should've turned around right away when the car was not readily available to be seen and the salesman needed all my information again even though I had already given it on the phone. I gave him my car keys and when the vehicle I was interested in was brought to the front I took the keys and inspected it and waited for the dealer to bring out dealer plates. Omg I waited 2 and 1/2 hours just went in for a app problem ,you might think they would have helped me in a short amount of time because it was not mechanical issue ,this has not been the first time I had to wait hours for an oil change etc and most of the people waiting where there for hours one person told them just to put her car back togeather because she was already there 3 hours and only had so much time to be there Get your Act together Toyota I am going somewhere else for an oil change etc ! people don't feel like waiting that long I just came in for a problem with my apps on my car

This dealership and their staff are the ultimate liars. We agreed to get my grams who is on a fixed income by the way at a number that works best for her. They said that they got the numbers where they need to be and when we start to do the paperwork we realized that the numbers for $20 more than what we agreed to. This location is just like any other who wants to make their money and can care less about you. Not to mention the fact that they hate when you try to negotiate with them but god forbid if they tell them not to try to pull anything on you. This is by- far the worst experience -buying

Bunch of schysters. Typical alpha male dominated business that thought they could push my wife around. She gave them an offer on a vehicle and then told her "no deal" and rudely walked away. She left. Then they called us back the next day and pleaded for our business. I thought it was a bad idea, but she went back and they kept her waiting and waiting. They told her she was next and over an hour went by. She missed an important work meeting. My guess is that they delayed her visit on purpose because we got the deal we wanted. Started the process great. However when we got to the finance dept. Alex was mad that we wanted a better interest rate. Then when he would not give it to us, we said that we just refinance it next week. Alex said we could not do that. I looked at him and said fine show me the call sheet showing what I was approved for and ALEX grab the contract and ran away screaming NO DEAL. Alex was very mad that I caught him lying and trying to up sale me in the finance department.

Once they make a sale they do not care about you unless they can somehow make more money to service it. I bought a car from them, and once I picked it up went back the next day about a problem and was just brushed aside they were to busy with other customers who were looking at cars, I waited for a reply for over 45 min nothing. Go to one of the other dealerships

What a sketchy business. Saw car at certain price, when we arrived price went up over 1000$. Decided to leave. The next morning we received phone call from someone claiming the were from Westborough Toyota. This person expressed remorse since we were in the
day before, and gave us a better deal on said car(exact make and model). When we arrived back at Westborough Toyota, not one person knew what we were talking about as the call came from a private number. This is absolute despicable business practice. I had no choice but to go here, because my mechanic couldn't program something. I made appointment they told me 1 hr, even though it's a 20 min thing. I ended up waiting 2.5 hrs . Thank God I have a local mechanic. When dealer tells u 1 hr wait, usually means 4. Shop you're local garage

I have done business with them for 4 years now. I'm on my second camry.Service is open 7 days a week. They give you a 3 years free service on oil changes, tire rotations, ect.

We saw a used Tacoma on the website a few weeks ago and made an appointment to go look at it. We were greeted on arrival by Anthony Thompson. He was the best part of the whole transaction (and the only reason they deserve any stars). An hour later we had agreed to buy the truck, but we wanted to pay cash and they steered us to finance it, supposedly to save us money because their policy is to raise the pricre by $1,000 when customers pay cash. We figured that with a credit score of over 800 we would get a decent rate. Wrong!! They kept us waiting for 3 hours to see the finance guy and when
