Take 395 north toward Worcester, (it will turn into I 290 in Auburn) get off at exit 7 Route12 south which is also known as Southbridge street. Perro's Auto sales gave us an amazing deal on our Nissan Juke. The worst used car experience. Anthony is very rude and said my trade in truck was crapy and rusty. Complained about profit margins and wanted me to pay cash because it's easy for them. They advertised the truck incorrectly and added a thousand dollars to the price and also told me someone else had their name on it when I called to check to see if it was available before I went there. I then spoke with John, who can only make a decision was rude and short with me on the phone . I wouldn't buy a toothpick from them. STAY AWAY.

Definitely recommend buying a car here! Mike and Johnny are stand up guys who really took care of me. Buying was really easy and not needing to go to the RMV was HUGE!! You can tell that they take their business seriously and will work with you to keep you happy. I am very satisfied doing my business at Perro's.

Was my last resort when needing a vehicle. Was shown a decent vehicle, bad rust underneath so we struck up a deal for 3,000 over the phone. Come to find out the vehicle is not a "little over 200k miles" but it's almost 300k. Alright, alright, I'll deal with that. I just need a vehicle, I wouldn't pay a penny over 3k though. We talked about it and two weeks pass without a doubt I was going to buy for 3k. I get there and he wants 3.8k and called me a liar. Went to Perro's and looked at two cars. I brought both to my mechanic to look at with Perro's blessing. My mechanic didn't like either of them. I then tried to get my deposit back from Mike and he refused. He said he was going to "teach me a lesson" for not buying a car from him. I bought a car from them before and used to tell people I would go back there, but not after this experience. Mike yelled at me, calling me disloyal for not buying a car that was overpriced . Be careful when going there and looking at their cars.

I can't even give them one star that's how dishonest and deceitful they are.This auto dealership is the worst and I'm so sorry that we did not read these reviews about what a disgrace, and a liar, the owner is. They hide defects in their vehicles, get the highest possible prices out of you and then when you have a problem, they promise they will take care of you, but all they do is either hang up, or tell you they are busy. Steer clear of this place. As most used auto lots are full of junk and some aren't, respectability speaking. All I can say about this place is rude, unprofessional and really poor salesmanship. Years back I was looking at the underneath of a pick up truck when the owner was walking by I stood up, might have spooked him but he continued to tell me I 'really need to know what I'm talking about' and basically told me how stupid I am and why I shouldn't be looking at cars.. great way to sell!!

BEWARE! I bought my Elantra here about 1 1/2 years ago. It was listed over Kelly Blue Book value. The salesperson at the time, Ken, said you couldn't really go by that - it doesn't factor in all the work that they do to prep the car for you - they repair anything (brakes, tires, etc.) that's at 50% or less. He wouldn't negotiate the price down at all. The one thing I specifically requested was that the timing belt be replaced if it hadn't already been, as the car was just over 100,000 miles.

I had a terrible experience here. Bought a Hyundai Elantra here about 1 1/2 years ago. It was listed over KBB value, but the salesman wouldn't come down at all in price, spouting how good of condition they make sure the car is in before they give you the keys. It was over 100k miles, so I had asked that the timing belt be done if it hadn't been done already. Come to find out now that it was never done. Called to discuss this with the owner - he got very defensive & rude. He kept interrupting me & literally yelled at me. My boyfriend called him back to politely discuss & he proceeded to yell at

I recently went to Perro's to purchase a vehicle.The biggest issue we had was paper work . The deal was very close to being finished until I double check the paper work . They wrote the car up $1000 more then the internet listed price . When we brought it to there attention they have us the customer grief over the fact of them loosing money . At the end of the day that isn't a customer problem . The fact is though they showed us 1 year old KBB sheets and over a year old Carfax report "buy beware" just because a car dealership has a Carfax doesn't mean they're not backdated
