If I could scream at the world, don't buy cars at this store. Bad cars, they just give you problems. The seller serves you very well to sell. But after the store sells the car, you'll see what they look like. SALES MANAGER ALEX, is a terrible person, arrogant, uneducated and DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT WOMEN WITH RESPECT, he doesn't have the professionalism or competence to be a good professional. And so, most employees follow his example (not all). I BOUGHT MY CAR there, with 20% interest, $680 monthly installments, to pay in 7 years, a NISSAN ROGUE 2018, and went to register

Got a Fiat500 2015.
had to deposit $500 before I saw the car. Next day I arrive at seller to see the car and all papers were in order. But they punch the car on me, that was my bad.
all went well. But they do not do state emissions there so I had to go do it myself so the car did not pass the test and I was upset so how they can sell you a car that is not ready to pass state emissions etc?

This was one of the easiest car purchases I’ve made in my life. Not only is the car that I purchased with them perfect (2018 Jeep Compass) but the customer service matches the quality of their business: EXCELLENT. Great experience trading in our SUV for a more family friendly minivan. Fafama had the exact minivan we were looking for and for a reasonable price. I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp and not the hand picked positive ones posted on the dealer's website before I considered doing business with this place. I would have saved myself a lot of headache and frustration. I have never experienced such a lying and verbally abusive bunch of bullies as these guys and now I see that I'm not the only one they've treated like this. It seems to be a pattern for them. Place is terrible after you buy the car. I traded in my car and they didn't pay it off. Kept getting collection calls on my old car because of this. Completely unhelpful had to call everyday for weeks. They couldn't care less about you they just want your money. Oh and the owner basically said he didn't have to do anything

I had a great experience at Fafama with sales rep, Max Castro. I was interested in a few cars and had many questions. He was nice and attentive and answered all of my questions. Both the cars I saw were in amazing condition and nearly perfect, I ended up going with a car somewhere else because I wanted a different color but Max was very respectful of that decision. While he was trying to sell a car, he also new I needed to find what was best for me. They are also very transparent about their pricing and he gave me a complete break down of the total price including taxes and fees, which I have found

I recently purchased a vehicle from Fafama Auto. It was extremely easy. I saw the vehicle on the website and called for an appt to test drive. From start to finish I was driving my newly purchased car home in under two hours. Alex was very helpful and did all the paperwork with the insurance and RMV. I needed to have something fixed and the service department was great. All the staff I had contact was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Fafama Auto.
Everyone followed COVID protocol with masks and no handshakes. Hand sanitizer was available as well

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! First of all, I was told that they would drop the price, we agreed on a price with mr. bruno who is the manager, the process was very rushed due to the coronavirus, and when the guy came and I signed the paperwork, I looked into the paperwork, and it was not the price we agreed on! Second, the car has a connection issue with the radio, when I take bumps the radio stops. I reached out to the manager, to rectify the issue and he has not called me back. Furthermore, I was given a broken key, I was told the keys would be delivered to my house in 2 days, when I called the service

May 2020 during Covid19 I went to this dealer on a Sunday to look at 2 cars in my price range. Walked in there were two sales reps sitting probably playing on their phones. No problem because nobody was in the show room or on the lot.

I walked in and I was greeted immediately. Told them why I was there. I seen two cars listed on their website with no pics and I wanted to see them.

I decided to purchase a second car for my family after my husband's car bit the bullet. I browsed lots of websites and came across fafama.com. I thought buying a car would be challenging during a pandemic but they made it so easy. The car I chose was brought to me at my home for a test drive. The salesman was fully protected with mask and gloves. I did all financing paperwork online and when approved the salesman brought the documents to my home. Easiest transaction ever and I didn't Even need to leave my home. I will recommend all my friends and family members to purchase a car here

This place has been a headache to start with. I have so much information to write that it simply would not post because of how long it is. To the business owner Fabio- please contact me. My experience with your dealership has been a NIGHTMARE. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here for so many reasons that I have had to and am still dealing with.

I bought a new (to me) car from Fafama last month. I was in a bad accident, so I wasn't in the best state of mind for car shopping, but I need a car for work. They had a car I wanted (two, actually) and when I emailed to ask about them, they offered me an appointment to test drive them that day.

Pedro was our salesman and he was awesome start to finish. To respond to some of the negative reviewers: I did not receive any sort of extended warranty push. And yes, you cannot bring the car back if you don't like it a few days later, but they very very explicitly outline that in the paperwork

After trying a number of local dealers and being generally frustrated with the whole car buying experience, we arrived at the lot and were immediately greeted by Alex, who welcomed us to Fafama and began showing us the cars we had picked out on their website earlier in the day. We ended up purchasing a Ford Focus and couldn't be happier with the experience.

Our sales agent (Alex) was very friendly and knowledgeable, he made himself present when we had questions but also gave us the space we needed to figure out if the Focus was for us. I expect a certain amount of pressure at any car dealership

TL/DR: lost our deposit over a sleazy extended warranty push.

We travelled an hour here to test drive a specific car we saw online. It was on a Sunday and we couldn't come back until Thursday, so we left a $500 deposit to hold it. The salesman, Pedro, told us we could decide if we wanted the gap insurance and extended warranty when we applied for financing when we came back.

So we come back later in the week to finalize. Red flag number 1, they try and push more expensive cars on us 30 seconds in the door. Like double the cost. Fine, you work for commission, I get it.

Hey just what say this was by far my best purchase so far.. Vinnie is a stand up guy and he gave me the best services i could have ask for with my first car i have brought in 10 year.. I pulled in to dealership in Milford Ma and this Gentleman came out to Greet me said his name and it turn out We had the same name (Lol) he then spoke of the feature of the car and gave me the key off i went.
