I called the company and set up an appointment. The call came to verify the appointment an hour ahead of time. The person showed up in NO company car, with NO identification from the company other than a t-shirt they were wearing. I asked to have them verify the price and it was more than what I was told by 5$. Not much but also made me Leary.

UPDATE: after reading my reviews the owner came out to fix the strike plate. Apologized profusely and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. The door locks completely now! Very glad it was fixed. They really try hard to make things right.

Izik and Avi were two of the nicest guys I've ever met, very knowledgeable about their craft, and extremely speedy in the job. They also gave me some tips and extra info as they were working.

Outraged on how it took OVER AN HOUR for the guy to arrive when it was promised that he would arrive in 10 minutes. He charged $90 to unlock the car door when the person on the phone said it would be $75, which was expensive enough. Worst $90 spent. To top it off, he was rude.
UPDATE: Izik, from the company, contacted me within 10 minutes of posting about this issue. He asked for the play-by-play of the event with his employee. He apologized and made attempts to make things right by returning a portion of what was paid to his business on my behalf before. He returned the $15 that was charged BY

We needed our business rekeyed. Izik arrived as scheduled and was very personable and professional. As it turns out, he lives in the neighborhood where we used to, and while he was here one of our delivery drivers recognized him and was happy to see him. The fact that he is local and is known and well received by other locals in the community is a comforting thing. We highly recommend him and his services.
