Hey guys! This is literally the best service! We had a different locksmith break our lock and we were unable to get into our apartment with our keys. Bob and Avi came in less than 5 minutes and from start to finish fixed our broken antique lock in 30 minutes. Not to mention they are so cool and kind and walk you through everything that they are doing (so you know AND so you can tell your landlord) I cannot express how great these guys are and am so grateful they were able to get us!!

UPDATE: After I wrote the previous review, the owner contacted me directly, the same day to fix the problem. Somebody showed up later that day and changed the mailbox lock, which took all of about 5 mins. To make things right, the owner refunded my original payment in full, which was fair. My only suggestion is if they do work for you, try the repair/lock several times- just so you know for sure the repair or whatever you had done will work after the guy leaves.
Someone had walked off with my mailbox key so I needed to replace the lock. When I called them they managed to send somebody out here

After a burglary in our building we had an emergency situation with the security compromise. Trying to get somebody same day it was quite a task but after talking to Bob he reassured me he could be there same day and get it done. Our previous locksmith had told us to wait 10 business days not including weekends. Bob and his team got it done the same day simply amazing.

Update to my review. Liam showed up the same evening, within a few hours of my having written the last post (with 2 stars). He offered to repair the lock but I asked him to just replace it, with which he agreed. It took Liam about 10 minutes (maybel less) to do the whole process. A few days later the owner texted me to ask to talk about this situation and offered a full refund. Then, a few days later we spoke and he made good on his offer by Venmo-ing the full amount I had paid. Because of the most recent interactions, I raised the review to 4 stars. HOWEVER, H. R Locksmith, I recommend you try

After months have issues with multiple different locksmiths, HR Locksmith was able to come out and fix an ongoing issue. Liam was on time, easy to work with and very good technicians. They were super communicative throughout the process and guaranteed the fix for 6 months in the worst case scenario. Would highly recommend and use in future.

Two brothers came to help retrieve the keys out of my trunk. I learned I had a particularly new German car equipped with all the latest and greatest in security features. 😓 It took a couple of hours but the guys were persistent and finally got the latch opened! Incredible team work.
The only constructive feedback is that we werent told about the service fee before we had already committed to these folks, so more clear communication upfront would be greatly appreciated!
