I highly recommend this company. They have cleaned two homes for us. They are reliable and offer training for people living with disabilities. They guarantee their work and will return if a stain returns within a reasonable period. It is a small, family owned business that is struggling due to loss of business with COVID 19.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!! My cats peed on my couch and my dog made it a mess. I had high hopes but knew the probability of my couch looking brand new again wasn’t realistic. IT LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW! And smells better than new too! 110% recommend them.

I absolutely love working with Valet Carpet! They came to my house and cleaned my stairs, hallway, and two bedrooms. I have a dog and a cat who left some stains on the carpet over the past year, and they were able to completely lift them! They did such a great job and I'll use them again. Thank you so much to Jamie and his team at Valet! I hired them to clean my Mom’s cream colored dry clean only upholstered sofa as a last resort before trashing it and purchasing another.
After sending some “before” pics the team quoted me a price but did have the caveat that it may be tough and might not work. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. They set my expectations which was wonderful.
They arrived on time with a crew of three including the owner and worked hours scrubbing that sofa. They were professional and dedicated. In the end, the sofa turned out great and we did
