Emailed the minute I received my invoice to express my dissatisfaction with my “deep clean”. with no response….
The clean took way longer than originally told that morning by the cleaners our home “was clean this would be a breeze.” I returned home to find them still there and not even close to being done, I had to ask for the upstairs to stop being done and concentrate on the downstairs as we were having company.
The oven wasn’t even finished, left cleaner in it!! The coffee table wasn’t touched I had to ask for it to be clean, it was never moved when the rug was vacuumed, ceiling

I have a broken foot and family visiting so I was in a panic. This team contacted me that they had a cancellation and squeezed me in for a deep clean. I’ve never had my home cleaned professionally before and I am so impressed! This is the way to go and this is THEEE company to hire! The ladies were on time, professional and absolute sweethearts. My house looks and smells amazing! I don’t even want to mess anything up because it’s so perfect! The attention to detail is top notch. I plan on using them on a monthly basis to maintain - THANK YOU!!!

Honey Home Cleaning has been cleaning my house for over a year now. They have done two deep cleans and several standard cleans. I look forward to their visit each time. Their work is high quality and professional. I absolutely love how fresh my house smells after their visit. I have three small children, so keeping my house clean requires round-the-clock work. I truly believe these cleaning visits save my sanity! Michelle is wonderful to work with, and I am always pleased with the cleaning results. Highly recommend!

Ok after the second time.
We got the "deep clean" option. After they left we found numerous issues with the crew's performance and them not completing what they said they would. We still had dusty blinds and picture frames as well as loose pet hair on the stairs and doors. I still gave them three stars because they were very nice about it when I called and sent someone the next day to fix their errors. The rating would have been better if I did not have to call them redo their work.

Honey Home Cleaning is great! We used a different cleaning company prior to using Honey home and I am SO happy we switched to this company. Everyone is very nice and does an amazing job. We recently had Lindy clean our house, and she is fantastic! Showed up early and left my house spotless (no easy task since I have a golden retriever and a pit mix)! 10/10 recommend!!

Michelle was very easy to talk to and very accommodating with scheduling. Her crew arrived on time and did an AMAZING job! They even organized all of my chaos. Honey Home Cleaning has been providing services for me for going on two years. They provide an excellent service and go above and beyond in comparison to my previous company I was using. I have had to reschedule a few times and Michelle has always been understanding and easy to work with. The employees I have met have all been very professional and respectful. I like to brag about the time that I forgot the ladies were coming to clean and had a large sum of money laying out on my dresser and once I made it back home that day the cash was exactly as I left it. I am beyond thrilled that I chose honey home cleaning. When I got home and opened the front door I could feel the stress leaving me. Each part of our house was as if I was opening a new gift. Everything was super clean and smelt great. It also gave me peace of mind knowing all the cleaning products used are pet and kid friendly.
