This design-build project provides a one-thousand square meter, two story, 14 unit, 28 bedroom bachelor enlisted quarters, including lounges and mechanical and electrical utility rooms. This project is located in Diego Garcia, B.I.O.T. Each unit consists of two bedrooms, a kitchenette, bathroom, acrylic polymer surface countertops, base and wall cabinets, and closets.
