UNPROFESSIONALISM at it's finest! I contacted this company and received an estimate to steam clean a sofa and ottoman for $140. The first representative provided me with a morning time slot but was unresponsive via their text communication. When I called approximately 45 min to an hour later I was advised that the morning time slot was no longer available and I'd have to settle for a 3pm to 7pm slot causing me to have to change my Saturday plans. The technician NEVER showed up. I was finally contacted via text a half hour after the appointment window was closed asking me to reschedule
