Joe did some work for us earlier this year and failed to live up to the terms of the agreement. Mainly that the stump wasn't completely ground and the debris wasn't removed. I had approx 400 lbs of stump grindings that I had to remove myself. I contacted Arbor Pro to have them prune another oak tree and to complete the previous job. Joe gave us an estimate which we agreed to and then completely dropped the ball! We haven't heard from Arbor Pro and they will not answer their phone or return our calls. They claim to be the most professional tree service in the Tampa bay area but I'm still waiting

What impressed me the most was Chad's communication. We had weather the week he was supposed to start the job and he made sure to reach out each day he couldn't start which I appreciated and is understandable considering the line of work. Once the weather cleared up he was there bright and early and got it done. Plus by far the best PRICE in town!!! I received several quotes even after his and no one was even close. Please do yourself a favor and contact Arbor Pro, they will save you a ton of money and do high quality job.

We used Arbor Pro about 2 years ago for trimming of 2 large oaks. Joe and his team handled everything professionally and we couldn't have asked for better service. Because of our previous experience with Arbor Pro they were the clear choice when having our trees removed. Joe and Alisha made sure all of our questions were answered and took care of all the paperwork that we needed for our project. Today they showed up early and worked efficiently to removed our oaks and a overgrown crepe myrtle. This was not a small job and I really don't know how the guys do what they do but everything looks fantastic

After returning from up North due to an expected death in the family during this pandemic, we found our huge oak dead and endangering our home. We called Arbor Pro, easily got an appointment and they came and removed the tree on time (in fact ahead of time), cleaned up their work area nicely and made the experience pain free. This company is AMAZING! From the owner Joe Kidder, to the office team Alicia & Niki, to the crew foreman Eric & stump grinder expert Alex and their team members. HANDS DOWN the best. They got to work quickly and completed the task of taking down a VERY LARGE live oak tree. Pricing was fair, the quality was amazing, and the customer service was top notch. KUDOS all around to a great company!

After receiving quotes from several tree services, certainly glad we made the decision to go with Arbor Pro!! Every step in the process from the quote to the actual trim and removal was handled in a timely and professional manner. The crew put in a long hot hard working day but nothing was short changed and actually did more than I expected. I will only have to make one call the next time I need a tree service and would recommend Arbor Pro to anyone.

We live in a historic home with several large, old oaks that we share with our neighbors. In preparing for hurricane season, we obtained several proposals. Arbor Pro's estimate was in the middle range, but their customer service and dedication to worker safety won us over. Joe Kidder and Alicia were responsive, returning our initial contact in less than 1 hour and responding after traditional office hours. Arbor Pro is a wonderful, honest and professional tree company. From the call to the office speaking with Alisha to the owner Jospeh Kidder coming to inspect the property and the crew coming to the apartment complex was easy and seamless. Arbor Pro removed 25 trees from the apartment complex I manage. I would highly recommend them. The price was great service was exceptional. I would definitely use Arbor Pro again for all my tree needs.
