Then acted like he didn't speak to use about the problem with water leak first excuse was he couldn't find his employee and his work truck since Thursday of last week said that he would me here the following Monday at 10AM
No show again called him acted like he didn't know what we were talking about .
Said he`s behind since her had to fire his employee .

If ever the term "singing their praises" needed to be taken literally, now is the time. I am so incredibly impressed and pleased with this company, let me go back 24 hours to explain.

Tom and JD came out to take care of the clog that has been haunting us for years in our tub. They were super cool and down to earth and offered great advise. Very professional, friendly. A small, local company that does great work with reasonable prices! Donn walked me through the entire process of replacing the main water pipe in the front yard as well as stayed in communications with me throughout the day. I was thrilled that not only did he fix the pipe properly but he also did it without disturbing my flowerbeds! I highly recommend Donn and his team!

Plumbing One is the only place that we call for plumbing assistance! Prior to finding them, we had other plumbers tell us that they could not do the type of work that we were requesting. Had the owner come out and assess the issue with my downspout and sump pump at the end of the week. The following Monday, members of his crew came out and quickly resolved all my and my wife's concerns. They are very reasonable priced, go out of their way to be helpful and informative, and were extremely professional and respectful to our home. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.

Jessie came out on time with a prior phone call. Fixed my drain and a bad faucet in a down stairs shower. Did both jobs in one hour, was respectful and courteous. I had previously had Roto router come out, they wanted $325 flat rate per drain.... sent Roto Robbers packing. These guys did it for 1/3 the cost. Thank you.

I called John (the owner) up and told him that I was trying to save money and that a buddy of mine would install a flood overflow valve in basement instead of using John ( Plumbing One). Big Mistake on my part!!!! Long story short my buddy drop 2 flood valve into my drain and I called John and he told me that he would come down himself to take care of it. 1st off mine you he's the owner and taking his time out to come down and take care of a problem that I cause which John was nice enough to volunteer to help out.
