Matt was very communicative and responsive leading up to the appointment. On the day of he actually texted me to come early which was great, and my husband met him at the house. My husband texted me after to tell me what an amazing job he had done, how nice he was and how good our house smelled. It was great coming home to clean carpets and it smelled so clean and new. The price was very reasonable as well. Definitely will use Simply Clean again when we need our carpets cleaned!

From the very beginning his communication skills were top notch and provided a quote and what comes with it. Due to the holidays and my schedule, I was not able to book right away. So when I contacted him almost a month later, he gave me his monthly special that was at an even better steal!
He came in with his equipment, explained to my husband and I what he would do, the chemicals he would be using and worked his magic on our 3 carpeted rooms.

We called Matt to have our grout and carpets cleaned. We have two large dogs, so our grout was literally black. When I came home, our grout looked brand new and our house smelled amazing! Our carpets were also spotless! We will definitely be using this company again for our cleaning needs! You can’t beat the quality and the price!
