Michael and Cristina did an OUTSTANDING job! Our 12 year old carpet was pretty rough and it looks BRAND NEW again! They were so sweet and super reasonable! We just got a couch from marketplace and realized it was smelly and dirty from the previous owner having pets on it. We called carpet pro's and he immediately answered and set me up with a couch cleaning appointment. He was very thorough and the couch looks and smells new. If he can do that to a couch like mine, he can definitely clean any upholstery. I recommend this company for any cleaning needs they specialize in because they do a great job and have all the equipment.

I can't say enough about Mike and his company. Mike and his helper came out on a Sunday and deep cleaned my carpet, on his birthday!! This alone speaks volume about his professionalism. They did such a fantastic job that the carpet looked virtually new after. Better yet their rate is so competitive as well. I showed up to meet the movers at my new rental and found that the property management company had not cleaned the carpet and there was pet hair, stains, paint, and worse everywhere. I called Carpet Pro's at 630 in the morning and they were there by 700. He had the place spotless by 830. I had to send the movers to breakfast on me for a little while but his quick service saved me having to put everything in storage until the problem was resolved. Even with an "emergency" carpet cleaning, the price was fair and the work was excellent. I'd highly recommend to anyone.
