My entire house is tile - I have very few rugs anywhere so the animals don't have much to destroy. Of course my dog gets sick and decides to vomit on the couch and not the tile throughout the entire house!!! I cleaned it as much as I could. Used dawn soap and still couldn't get the smell or stain off the couch.

Russell and the team were amazing. They took on my 3 piece set of 1930s cotton upholstered furniture and took it from dingy to sparkling. I was impressed by how careful and professional Russell was - he even re-scheduled for the next day so he could return with drying equipment. A real pro. The pictures speak for themselves. Russell and his team were amazing. He went above and beyond to work on my furniture. Many upholstery cleaning companies won't attempt to clean cotton (or linen and velvet) because it is so challenging to do. However, Russell came in with a thorough can-do attitude. He even made the time to return so that he had the right drying gear to make sure the cotton didn't brown as it dried. The pieces were pretty awful looking to begin with and Chem-Dry returned them to their original look. Thanks guys!

Capital of Texas Chem Dry really came through for us! We were having photos of our house done the next day to put it on the market. Cap of Tex Chem worked late the day before pictures to make sure our carpet was ready and looked amazing. They worked hard to get all the black oil spots out from moving furniture from the house. Our worn out, dirty carpet looked brand new and beautiful when they were done!! I had my microfiber couches and wood floors cleaned. Russell arrived on time and did an amazing job. He explained everything really well and worked efficiently. The floors look wonderful and all the little water rings on the couches from "sweaty" glasses and my attempts to spot clean came right out. Everything feels so much fresher and cleaner. Would totally use Capital of Texas Chem-Dry again!

Stop looking for other cleaning services and call Casey (one of the owners of Capitol of Texas Chem-Dry). She is extremely responsive and helpful and was able to it me in quickly. Russell, her service technician, was extremely professional, listened to me walk through in detail what I wanted done and where, and spent as much time as I needed to make sure I understood the costs upfront, what the various service options were, and the expected results. He also spent time to get me a quote on another area of my house that needed to be cleaned/replaced and was upfront and honest with me about the cost

After going through major repairs and much drywall dust I needed to clean my upstairs carpeting. Wanting a really good job, I ignored the coupon deals are usually get and chose Capitol of Texas Chem-Dry instead. That was a great decision. The technician, Russell, spent three hours and really did a thorough job. My stained and dirty carpeting has never had such a good cleaning. It looks great! In the future this will be my “go to”.

We were so happy with our grout and tile restoration!! Russell, our technician, was so kind, thorough, and informative!! This is definitely a job that needs to be done by professionals!! We thought about doing it ourselves, but after seeing the process and end results, there is just no humanly possible way to achieve the service we were provided!!!

This will sound like a strange review because as of right now, I didn't actually use their service-- but hear me out, that is kind of why my experience was so great. We just moved into a house that has a funky smell. Pet-like and strong. We thought after we painted and moved our stuff in that the smell would go away but it hadn't so we figured the source was the carpet. Specifically it was strongest in the closets. We just bought a house and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in. I'm very happy we chose to go with Capital of Texas Chem-Dry. Russell was very professional, super friendly, and also gave me cleaning advice for the natural stone tile floors (I hired them to clean the carpets). He was like a detective and pointed out previous water damage, areas where they would have had rugs, etc. The whole house feels better just having our carpets cleaned by them!

Gabriel went above and beyond for us, and our formally dingy carpets look great! He was patient and communicated the pricing and process very well. He was kind and a hard worker. Chem Dry also worked with us on our scheduling and timing allowing us to reschedule at the last minute. Chem Dry is now our go to for carpet cleaning!

I have a new puppy who is not quite house broken and had an especially bad day on Thursday. I looked at all the high ratings on Yelp and then went on their website and filled out a request form and submitted my information for a quote and appointment Friday afternoon. I received an auto response, but nothing else.

Both Derrick and Casey, who own this Chem-Dry were professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I had an antique Oriental rug cleaned by them. It looks like a new rug with the lovely colors showing their original beauty. Casey also cleaned two club chairs and took his time to ensure a great job. He noticed on spot on the carpet and took it upon himself to work on that stain! That's customer service.

I've had Capitol of Texas Chem-Dry come out to a number of our apartments for cleanings. The service is GREAT! The quality of the cleaning is exceptional, and the people are super nice! I've used other cleaning services in the past getting their pet treatments and was unimpressed by the results. I've never been unsatisfied with the results from Capitol of Texas Chem-Dry. I would definitely recommend them, and wouldn't go anywhere else. If your carpets could use a good cleaning, this is the way to go!
