I lived in a depraved, ancient apartment near UT campus for a few years while completing my undergraduate degree and boy has the carpet in that old bedroom seen some wear!!
My complex requires tenants to have their carpet professionally cleaned upon move-out and this is something that came to my knowledge much too late. I scrambled, attempting to look for someone who could get the job done quickly and someone who would be available within the next couple of days. Most companies had a minimum fee of ~$99, something I felt was far too steep for the size of my room and for what I needed done.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! Duane is professional, competent, responsive, efficient, and the cost is super reasonable. He arrived early (even though I'd accidentally texted him the wrong address), completed his work very quickly, and removed several pet stains. No need to call anyone else. Just call Duane. (And, give him a big tip...because he does not charge enough.)

We highly recommend "Steam Pro". They steam cleaned our couch and living room carpet that had been stained over time by our kids and dog. He was also very patient with our kids who were curious with what he was doing when he was cleaning. Very professional, courteous, and reasonable. Dwayne (the owner) was our technician and often runs his business "hands on" to ensure quality service. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Although you wouldn't expect most carpet cleaners to be on time...Duane was right on the button! Very professional and reasonably priced--they were actually less than what the dry cleaner quoted to clean my area rug AND he came to the house! Hopefully, the darn cat won't pee on the rug again, but if he does...I'm definitely calling Duane from Steam Pro.

I purchased a Living Social deal for this service and they did a very good job. They called when they were on their way to let me know they would be arriving a few minutes early. Upon arrival, they did a quick walk through, identifying stains that needed pretreatment, and then got to work. They worked efficiently and were finished in just over an hour. And my carpet looks better than it has in years!
I didn't know what to expect in terms of moving furniture, so I had moved all small pieces as well as plants, etc. I pinned up my curtains and bedskirts, but they didn't clean under

Had the house carpet clean through them this morning.
They showed up on time, also called me one hour ago to remind me.
They cleaned 6 rooms of carpet, even including my 3 closet carpet. Detailed, professional and fast.
Duane is a very very polite guy. I asked the lady where they are from. She said Buda. They had to drive from Buda to Austin to finish my work. I paid a liitle bit more on tip to cover their gas.

Dwayne, from Steampro, cleaned our carpet this morning.
He was extremely polite and professional -- and even called us ahead of time to let us know he was running early!
He was detailed, fast and even put up with our barking dog. We'd be happy to have him back in the future and definitely recommend Steampro for detailed, fast and clean carpet steaming.
