I screened several cleaners before I found Full Steam Ahead. I have a small apartment with a dog and figured it would be challenging to get the stuffy, dog smell out. The crew knocked out the carpet in my bedroom and closet and the bathroom tile in less than an hour. Very impressed and the pet odors have been removed. Highly recommend and will use again!

Maikel did a great job with my carpets. 2 rooms and stairs for a great price and it didn't take very long at all. The quote given was exactly what was charged (plus tax). Did an excellent job communicating when he'd be here. Followed that up by being on time and very professional.
Got a stain out of my carpet that I didn't think he'd be able to get out because I had used store bought carpet cleaner and failed, so I figured the stain was set it.
Would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again should the need arise.

I highly recommend Full Steam Ahead! We have had the same wool rugs and chairs cleaned numerous times by big name cleaning companies in Austin. I assumed the stains would never come out. Full Steam Ahead is the first company to make the rugs and chairs look brand new. Plus their price was 1/2 or less of competitors. Will definitely recommend and use again!

I went with Full Steam Ahead because they have the highest Yelp rating possible. I'm super picky and unfortunately this means I read all the reviews before picking a service. These guys are AMAZING. Luis was here right on time. He was polite, professional, explained the cleaning process well and did an outstanding job! My carpets were heavily stained from my puppy Levi. Now the carpets look like new with no odor or residual staining.
Luis also steamed areas of my tile floor. They had never been professional cleaned. No matter how often they were mopped, they did not get clean. Now I wish I had the entire tile area cleaned! You can really see the difference between the steamed area and the untreated area.
I will definitely be using Full Steam Ahead again.

Luis cleaned three throw rugs and two sofas. They look transformed after daily dirt attacks from our dogs and cats. Gross stains disappeared, the rich color of the fabrics came back, and we had deoderizer (that word is too hard to spell) and carpet protection added to keep everything looking spiffy!

We were having trouble finding a steam cleaning company that had availability less than 3 weeks out. I was SO lucky to have called Mikael right after he had gotten a cancellation for the next day. He was very friendly, responsive, patient with answering all my questions and showed up the next morning exactly when he said he would. He’s a good worker, knows exactly what he’s doing and really puts thought and care into getting the job done well. We had 6 rooms and a walk in closet steamed cleaned and scotch guarded. The pictures speak for themselves! I tried my luck buying a heavily used West Elm couch for a very good price to see if I could get it cleaned up and full of life again. Maikel made it like new! Wow, Full Steam Ahead knocked my socks off! They were able to clean spots, big spots, out of our carpet (including printer toner!) that wouldn't come out before. We had two other cleanings over the past 3 years and the spots didn't budge. They arrived early, did the job quickly, the spots came out, and they told us what we needed to do to get the best results from the job. The carpet looks great and I highly recommend them!

Maikel, owner/operator of Full Steam Ahead, provided a reasonable rate and was very pleasant to work with. He cleaned and dried the carpets in our condo building very well and allowed us to verify that the work was done to satisfaction. After the cleaning, he provided knowledgeable recommendations on how to minimize the likelihood that certain stays would reappear. We will definitely be using his company again. Other steam cleaners required multiple visits to get the carpets clean or have tried to price gouge us simply because we are a condo building, despite our limited footprint and small budget

Hands down the best experience I've had with carpet cleaning services! I wish I would've taken "before" pictures because I can't explain how good of a job he did. My dog had several (we're talking a dozen large spots) diarrhea accidents on the carpet/rug and there is no longer evidence of any of them! I also had my couch cleaned. I am extremely happy I chose this company and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I'm a realtor that needed to find another company that would be able to get some of the hardest stains out of carpets. I wanted to test Maikel's company with a home that had pet stains, that I didn't even know about, and previous stains from last tenant. I was pleasantly surprised on how he made the carpet look refreshed and all of the stains were gone. Maikel came to remove some pesky pet stains from my carpet and did a phenomenal job! I thought I was gonna have the stench of pee in my carpet forever, but he was able to get it out! He also cleaned my rug and couch, both look brand new. He was super professional and easy to work with! I also LOVED the door covering he placed over my front door while working, it was a nice touch so the A/C wouldn't escape! I would def use again, but hopefully I don't have to for a while. lol

Maikel did an excellent job on my two area rugs and couch. He is the only company I found that could do Viscose rugs in home (as opposed to me having to bring it in). He even offered to come by and help me move the rug back under furniture after it dries. He was very kind and professional and I felt comfortable with him in my home with my son and I for several hours. He also does dryer vents. Price was very reasonable and the result was excellent! Rugs I was considering throwing out now look good as new!

It was super fast! The whole appointment took about an hour (cleaning was about 30 minutes).
Super easy to schedule an appointment, I called and while on the phone got a text and email confirmation for the appointment.
I chose the 2pm-6pm slot and on the day of at 1:30pm I got a text saying that Maikel was on his way.
We thought that we wouldn't be able to get the carpets cleaned because there was no parking near the apartment, as the equipment runs from the van. But Maikel searched around
