The technician came and did a great job! He was very professional and thorough! When I called to set the appointment though, they quoted me the "basic" package but didn't tell me that it was water only and that using shampoo would be twice as expensive....

They weren't able to provide service due to broken equipment. The gentleman over the phone mentioned that their equipment in my area was out-of-service and they wouldn't be able to help me for at least a few days.
He was helpful but I'm rather shocked that a company could just have all of their equipment - in an area as busy as Austin - rendered unusable.
I know things like that can happen but it felt like they weren't prepared for an emergency (reserve equipment).
