Purchased a groupon to have my sofa cleaned. I mentioned up front I had a groupon. The guy asked if I already bought it and I said "yes" (already in my head thinking this was going to be an issue by the way he was questioning it). He then asked my location and I gave him the location. He immediately said I was out of the service area. I didn't see on the groupon about service area. He said 20 miles but then tried to tell me that he would charge me $135 to come clean it. The groupon was $72. I asked if I could pay a trip charge? He said $75. What!? Told him that it was more than what he quoted me

This isn't deep cleaning.... they ask you to vacuum your carpets first and then just wipe it with a steam cleaner. One of rooms was left with a dirty after odor and when I complained he said, "You have a pet? Oh should have told us before and it'll be $30 for me to come down and de-odorize it".
These people don't take their business seriously, do not get their services. At least I won't ever again.

I Bought a Groupon to have my sofa steam cleaned and when I called them to set up the appointment they wouldn't answer the phone - for days. The phone number they're using is someone's personal phone, so they just answer, "Hello?".................

I mentioned that I bought a Groupon, which he was clearly irritated by (hey buddy, if you don't like doing Groupon deals the DON'T OFFER THEM!) otherwise, get over yourself, because you're getting business

Great carpet cleaning service! They really helped me with my apartment move out. All the stains were gone and I didn't get charged a deposit. Franco was very nice and he was able to accommodate my schedule. I would definitely recommend.

Lifeco did a great job. They were on time and gave me 30 minutes notice before coming. Before cleaning, there were stains and lots of dirt from foot traffic. The difference can definitely be seen and it looks much cleaner . Leon did a great job and I would definitely recommend them again.

I've been fostering puppies and as you can imagine my carpet has taken some hits. I've used Lifeco about multiple times in the last year and am very pleased with their work. They always call 30 min before arrival time and do a great job steam cleaning. Very professional and respectful of my home.

I found a Groupon for Lifeco. First available appointment was about 3 weeks out, but I wasn't in a super rush. They did a great job! Guys were super friendly. They got a stubborn stain out of the carpet. Carpets look so much better, and the cleaner they used smells really good! I'll be using Lifeco again.

They showed up 5 hrs late and rushed the job to go home early on a Sat. I sat around all day calling to get them over to my house. If you even miss there call they will skip you. What's the point of making the appointment?

I used LifeCO about 3 months ago and LOVED the results so much that I'm having them come AGAIN today!!!! Might be my quarterly kind of thing! So quick, clean, and they even text me to communicate since I'm Deaf which is a bonus! THANK YOU!

I called and specifically needed pet odor removal. They came out (a day late as they cancelled the first appointment 1 hour before they were to show up) I showed them what I wanted done and specifically mentioned the pet odor. The price went up $20 from the quote. Normally it takes about 2 and half hours to clean the same area when I have it done. These guys did it in 45 minutes lol. I went from a pet odor smell to a wet pet odor smell. My aunt had to sleep on that couch the next day I felt horrible about it. I called complained they said for another $79 they would come out and put enzymes on that

I purchased a groupon for carpet cleaning. Had a couple spots and wanted to freshen up. They did the cleaning, were super nice and polite, and then told me they could clean up spots next time... or something along those lines. So the carpet cleaning didn't really accomplish what it needed to and I've got to hire somebody else.

Will not be using their services again. They used a lot of very pungent cleaners and it didn't get rinsed well enough and also made fabric very stiff/scratchy. I tried to air it out for a few weeks to see if it would get better instead of complain. When I called to tell them about it, they said because I used a Groupon and didn't call right after it happened, they were not willing to help. All I asked for was it to be rinsed - not re-cleaned. Now we have a very nice Room and Board sofa that nobody wants to sit on in my house. Poor long term customer retention strategy as I have a dog

We just had Lifeco our earlier today to clean our carpets. I found a groupon for $49 for 3 rooms of cleaning. I called 6 days before Thanksgiving, VERY hopeful that they could get me in before the big day. They gave me the option on the next day, or today (two days before Thanksgiving).
They cleaned our living room, dining room and the hall in less than an hour and it looks and smells great! I could not be happier with the service. We did have to pay an extra $15 per room for pet stains from our old puggie, but $80 was still wayyyy cheaper than the other companies in the area, and I can't

The technicians were super nice. The carpets got super clean and smelled clean and fresh. For 3 rooms and closets it took less than an hour and only about 50$. Way cheaper and easier than renting my own huge contraption from a hardware store. Very nice work

I used a Groupon to schedule a carpet cleaning. They arrived and said they couldn't get their van close enough to the house to do the job. I told them they could back up onto the dirt and they claimed it was muddy (hasn't rained yet) and the van would sink....so now I have to rent a unit myself and do it before my guests arrive. The only resolution they could come up with would be to come back another day to charge me an additional $150 to use their portable unit. What a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Absolutely amazing company! I bought a house and when I moved in the carpets were hideous. These guys worked their magic and were able to get rid of every stain on the white carpets. The gentleman were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

I had bought a Groupon for 5 rooms.. steam cleaning... Leon and Mike came out today and did a great job. They called before they came and were very polite!
Their work was very detailed oriented .... I'm very impressed with Lifeco's work!!
My stairwells took up 2 rooms so I purchased 2 more .... at a very fair price of $25 each room.

I'm very impressed with this company and will definitely use them again!!

BAIT AND SWITCH! SCAM!
My groupon said it covered up to 2,500 feet of cleaning but they wouldn't honor it because my home is larger than that. Half my house is hardwood floors or title that they are not cleaning.
I am not paying you for space that I own that you are not doing anything to! (The groupon never specified the size of the house, only the amount of square footage to be cleaned which I was under)
The guy claimed the phone number I had wasn't his cell phone number, I called several times to talk to someone above him and got no answer. My husband watched him reject my calls though
