I really had a great time at CARROLLTON location with Carl Jefferson for our home office furniture. Since moved to Dallas this is the one of the best Costumer service I received. He was not like any other salesperson pushy or annoying won’t leave you alone with selling you something what don’t want . Carl was really nice welcoming and friendly. This is my promise I am not going to shop anywhere except this location. My advice to the owner don’t let him go anywhere, he is an asset to your. Furniture Delivery team Johnny Torres and John Bendall was really professional. They were on time made

Bought some used file cabinets and used office chairs from here. No problems w the file cabinets however the chairs where definitely not what I thought I purchased. Not sure if the chairs just broke really quickly or it was a bad purchase. Either way, I'll buy new next time.

Good luck in your endeavors but I have to say that using an alarm clock tone at the beginning of your commercial might attract attention but at the same time, it is HIGHLY ANNOYING. Perhaps find another way to grab the public's attention! Just a suggestion...I'm not trying to be ugly. Thanks for listening...have a great day.

The worst commercial on tv. An alarm going off?! Seriously? If I was to ever visit your store it won't happen now out of principle. I can't watch the news in the morning now because I've got that stupid alarm clock sound going off. I will continue to steer my colleagues away from your establishment until you fix your commercial.
