Patrice Rios is an award-winning interior designer with an in-depth understanding of the ever-changing world of modern and contemporary design. After receiving a Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, Patrice began her career with an international design group located in Los Angeles at the age of 21.
Since 1973, Elmwood Fine Custom Cabinetry and its designers have been providing high quality custom cabinetry. These many years of experience have earned Elmwood a solid reputation as a leader in the industry. Our Dynasty series includes both Framed and Inset styling as well as Full Access cabinetry, all with a full complement of cabinet modifications - designed to keep your dreams within reach, you'll find much to love about Dynasty.

Scam? Waste of money! Wow I was fooled. Please don't fall for paying a $350.00 'consulting fee' because Patrice the owner provides NO deliverables as promised- all part of her consulting fee. Nor does she respond to emails or return phone calls. She came to my home, took quick notes and said it was an easy job. As part of her fee, she would provide 3D drawings so we could figure out the best way to redo my kitchen cabinets and even the counter top and this would include all the costs. She said after that I could also come to her office and look at cabinet colors and counter selections

When Patrice saw this review, she really worked to make things right. It was Manuel who dropped the ball and then didn't respond to communications and left a project incomplete for over a year past the scheduled installation date. Now our project is complete. The cabinets are beautiful and the work is good, but because it took 16 months to get this completed, I am keeping one star. I sincerely believe that Patrice has every intention of making sure every client is fully satisfied. And I think part of their success involves growing pains and not having enough installers or administrative people

I had a wonderful experience working with the talented Patrice directly. She ordered my kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity in the color and style I wanted within my budget. She was also helpful in giving me suggestions on where to get tile and countertops. Anything that wasn't done correctly at the installation, she made sure it was fixed. I absolutely love my new kitchen! And I kind of get a thrill when people gasp when they see it!

We first learned of Troo Designs from a builder we were considering, who recommended Troo for our cabinetry. We contacted them & met with Manuel at their showroom on Mueller & loved the Cabico product quality, design & color options, & especially the design drawings that Manuel created showing what the final project outcome would look like, which eliminated the guess work of having to visualize it. Manuel was extremely nice to work with. We also met Patrice while we were there who we eventually hired as our designer for the entire house remodel project. Patrice was incredible

I reached out to Troo as they were dealers of Cabico cabinets based in Canada. We had already been through the ringer of cabinet designers and different manufacturers that we weren't sold on and Troo offered a few lines we were interested in.
Manuel reached out and our initial conversation we talked for about 45 minutes. Manuel was able to turn around an initial design later that week.
We visited their showroom off Mueller which is very nice and I liked that Troo also offered interior design capability.
