I have used Sam for carpet installation, carpet cleaning both at work and home, and general construction, for the past 20 years. I would not consider anyone else, given his integrity, utterly fair pricing, extensive knowledge, dedication to his clients and his workers. He recently installed 1300. square feet of flooring that is gorgeous, and he… removed a final charge from the initial contract because he didn't think it was needed. I respect his honesty and ability to work fairly with me.

I read the reviews on Yelp, and was particularly impressed that SC Pro Services had experience repairing wood floors. (It's harder than you might expect to find someone qualified to do this!). My floor was in rough shape, but Sam and his team worked a miracle and it looks absolutely amazing now. I keep going out to the living room to admire it! The price was reasonable, and they arrive on time, clean up after themselves, and are totally polite, professional and trustworthy. You can't go wrong with these guys.

I would highly recommend Sam at SC Pro Services. We are listing our house soon and needed some hardwood planks repaired before listing it. I left him a voicemail with details of what I was looking for, and got a call back within 30 minutes and he worked around our schedule to come give us an estimate. He was very professional, timely, and helpful. When he needed to come back to do the actual work, he again worked around our schedule and our floor looks fantastic, for a great price. They also cleaned up very well after they finished up, which is really appreciated.

Great service. Our rental had the carpet pulled off the stairs and we were not even sure it could be repaired, given that we had no back-up materials. But Sam made do and even found some padding in a low-traffic area in the closet to use. Minimum trip-charge was not super-cheap, but well worth is for the excellent service and great repair work he did. This was so worth the money. Sam is courteous and reliable, and I highly recommend his work. Oh, and he also cleans up after his work (big bonus).

Sam has been working with me in my real estate transactions over the past seven years here in Austin. There has not been 1 time I have been displeased with the service or the crew that was sent out to the job site. This company is one of the most conscientious, honest and ethical companies you will ever encounter. We have used Steamco (now SC ProServices) for years and have never been less than highly impressed with them. Their communication is excellent and they only hire courteous, friendly and respectful people.
