I can't thank John enough for his honesty and integrity. He initially thought the sump pump in my well house needed replaced. I had John out to quote a pex plumbing job. After talking with him he had no idea of the type of pex I wanted but said he would do it. He said he would have a quote in a couple days. I waited a week and called and text him (how he communicated before we met). He never responded back even after “reading” (he should at least turn off that notification on his iPhone haha) the text messages as I was typing him. He is a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t trust him to fix a leaky sink

Extremely poor service. The seller on our new home hired them to test the water. I asked him if he could check a couple faucets that were not working. He spent 5 minutes looking at the faucets that ended up just having some sediment in the screen, rinsed out the screens, said nothing else and then mailed me a bill for $75 for those 5 minutes of service. My husband is an electrician and if there is EVER a time a customer asks for an "add-on" service, he tells them exactly how much it would be to complete that service prior to doing the additional add-on. Unprofessional and a crook. $75 for 5 minutes

Ryan replaced our pump for our baseboard heating after the system kept us up for weeks due to an old pump. We have lived in this house for 5 years and the heat has never been quieter!! The pipes no longer bang or make noise! He did a great job getting the air out of the pipes and making the heat more efficient with the new pump. I highly recommend Nolan Maintenance!
