My only concern with continuing to use CLE Plumbing is that they are professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. As more customers find this out they will quickly become successful and that will lead them to an early retirement on an island beach somewhere; and I will be in Cleveland with a running toilet.

I called CLE Plumbing after another plumbing company indicated I needed to replace my entire faucet, quoting me at $1500 for parts and labor. Josh came out and fixed the faucet in about 30 minutes, saving me over $1000, as he has the knowledge but perhaps more important the honesty and integrity to do right by the customer. Highly recommend. These guys earned my business for life.

I want to commend and also recommend, Josh, for the outstanding job by adding a new copper waterline for the refrigerator in my home. It was previously located under the refrigerator which is now an obsolete location for new refrigerators. He was personable and professional! Josh came highly recommended by neighbors, so when my 12-year-old sump pump finally died, I had him replace it. He was courteous, explained everything well and his rates were very reasonable. All was good for about a week and then something backed up in the system and it stopped working. Josh came out on a Saturday at no extra cost and spent 3 hours attempting to fix/diagnose the issue. Josh wouldn't leave until he was satisfied that he fixed the problem. He checked all the lines between the street and house, took the pump apart, and ultimately ended up replacing everything. Josh has been fantastic to work with. Where 3+ other plumbing crews assessed our situation and recommended a total replacement of the appliance, Josh was able to recognize the cause of the issue and make the fix within an hour, saving us hundreds of dollars. He's very accessible, and has shown a willingness to go beyond just "fixing the problem". He wants to make sure it doesn't happen again. Would definitely recommend.
