In 1969, Ed & Janet Johnson started Johnson Heating & Cooling, Inc. In 1988, their son, Jerry, and his wife Darlene, joined the business. In 1992, we acquired another local company named Fixzit Man (which was a franchise of a National organization), adding Plumbing to our services offered. To accommodate our growth, we moved to our offices in Bedford.

Toilet was clogged and plunging it was not enough! I called late morning and he came midafternoon and augered it out quick! Fast safe great service! Will definitely return! The whole experience with My Guys, from scheduling to follow up, was a very positive one. The office was prompt, friendly, and responsive.

Water heater pressure relief valve broke open because of poor installation from another company that was assigned by home warranty company. The water heater is only 14 months old. After 8 phone calls to the home warranty company, I finally got authorization to find my own vendor. It was going on 24 hours without hot water. The plumber called me the next day and didn't leave a message. I suspect he, she, it, them/they didn't want a weekend job. Then Monday morning, an unpleasant woman named Kristen or Christie called me and woke me up first thing in the morning and accused me of not setting up my voicemail. I've had the same phone for over 2 years, and have had voicemail for 2 years. It is set up, and was not full. So glad I decided not to use this company. I don't appreciate being woken up in the morning by a nasty grouchy woman who throws around accusations about my voicemail. Is that the best secretary your company

We had a 23-year old furnace that needed replaced. My Guys were able to respond quickly for an inspection, quote and to provide service in just a few short days. Price was fair. HVAC techs were professional and kind. The brand new unit is also extremely efficient. Solid 5/5.

I thought my furnace went out because it was blowing cold air. I changed the batteries in the thermostat still was blowing cold air. So I placed a call to my favorite company they got me on the schedule for today, but then the heat clicked back on so I had to cancel. But I love this company there the Best !!!!

These guys are out to make money. I call to get a check on my air conditioning unit . My home is recently purchased and came with a home Warrenty . The guy immediately set into act , stating the air condition had 450,000 miles it was not built for the home . If he repaired it , it won't last two years etc. He told me to call and get a ticket so he could replace the unit. I was quote that the house call with be 40.00 dollars he charged 99.00 . This company is certainly out to mislead you and will go right for the money. Yes my system is old , but for now it's working great. My house is

Knowledgeable plumbing organization, very careful to analyze the problem and only fix what is necessary. Good communication about time they will arrive, very careful and clean inside the house. I had warm air coming out of my central air conditioning unit on a newly purchased home. I called for an estimate. Nothing was ever taken apart. The Serviceman Jerry Johnson never even took off the plenum cover to view the A coil. He never tested the coil with soap suds or anything. He stated it was bad stuck a thermometer in a few vents and told me I was looking at $1588.00 this included tax. When I asked how he could determine that he stated, I've been doing this a long time.
