Very dissatisfied. Installer broke the section for the sink while drilling the hole for the faucet. The adhesive used for repairs is already turning yellow (after one week) on my Italian Marble! One of the drawers is hitting the countertop. Underlying plywood is showing in several areas. Cabinets are professional and are level. Supplied template was not used as the in sink accessories do not fit the marble opening. The installers that showed up were very friendly. Unfortunately, they did not check the vaccum filter before starting the faucet hole and dusted the entire kitchen! This company was

From an estimate to a completion, This company followed through and finished on time and with better outcome than we hoped for. Everyone that came to our home to work on this project was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. We are very very happy with how our kitchen counters look after completion. Jeff and his crew were very professional throughout our kitchen remodel, which included countertop fabrication and install, minor wall demolition, and full tile backsplash.
Everyone communicated very well about expectations on both sides and scheduling was timely and completed according to plan. Phone calls were only rarely through voicemails, and typically either Jeff or Yvonne answered the phone and had answers to questions either immediately or within a completely acceptable timeframe.
Work was done with attention to detail and minor design pivots on our part were taken in stride.

Where do I start... First make sure they don't try to charge you tax on your remodel because they shouldn't per AZ law. But you probably shouldn't hire them to begin with. I just moved to AZ and luckily as I was doing my taxes I brought it up to my accountant and he informed me.

We shopped around to remodel our master bathroom and Ray Leon and Spectra Kitchen & Bath had the best design options and pricing for us. They arrived promptly, kept us informed, were neat and tidy on the job. The finished project not only looks amazing, but added to the value of our home. We had some difficulties trying to match the custom hardware with our existing sinks and Ray was extremely helpful with catalogs to find exactly what we needed/wanted. Our experience with this company was awful. We hired them to do our countertops in our kitchen and lower our high bar to be level with the countertops. To start they arrived 3 days early. We got a call 30 minutes before they arrived that they were on there way, which sounds great but not when your kitchen isn't prepped. No communication through the entire process. We would call Ray and he would say let me call you back and never call back. We were accused of not making our first installment until I provided check number and date check cleared. Ray accused us of lying on a couple of occasions.The

STAY CLEAR!! Unbelievable the experience I'm still having with this company. Both Jeff's are completely clueless on what customer service is and what attention to detail is. It's been 2 months since Jeff's last email to finish cleaning up the mess they made of my kitchen just to get a letter from a lien company asking for the final payment, LOL You can't expect to get paid if the customer isn't satisfied Jeff! Simple home repairs had to be hidden because of the awful job these guys did! Honestly your better off just hiring someone off Craigslist. I posted this review

I really wanted to be supportive of a local business but after 6 weeks of leaving phone messages and emails I have yet to receive a quote on a kitchen and floor remodel. On 9/22/20 Ray the manager came and took measurements of the kitchen He spent over an hour measuring and
re-measuring the same area. He then asked about the flooring. I told him I was considering having new flooring, he said they also do flooring so I provided the sq ft. To date no response on either the kitchen or the flooring. Just a waste of my time.

I really would have appreciated the opportunity to work with this company, until I realized that they have serious issues with communication and reliability. Initial interaction was with the owners wife over the phone to set up an appointment. She was very personable, professional, and efficient. Next interaction was with the owner himself, who came to my home to give me an estimate. We used Spectra for our master bath and kitchen remodel and the entire experience was more than we expected. Dennia was great from the original estimate to our final contract, she always returned email and phone calls promptly. Yvonne in the office always called and who would be coming and when they would be coming, if I ever had a question, she would answer or ask someone if she didn't know. The contractors who came, I can't say enough about how wonderful they were! From the guys who came out to remove the countertops, to the guys who came out to template, they were professional

Laura Spiri's response is not the truth! Jeff Spiri knew we wanted beveled edges on the granite but he called it an eased edge!! I told him whatever you called beveled! They charge extra for beveled but it's Home Depot's standard. The fireplace was a freebie so we would go through them. They were not willing to credit the beveled cost, they were rude and nasty. They told us if his wife Laura sold us 8 or 9 houses in real estate that they would do a house with granite for free!! Well we never had that happen, they screwed me, once was their friend for a total of $200!!!! You Do

Could not be happier with my new granite counter tops! The fabrication and installation was flawless. They maximized the slab so the whole counter looks seamless. Under mount sink is perfect. Shout out to the wonderful gals in the office and to Ray Leon who came out to make sure I was happy. Will use this company again in my home.
