If I could give a zero rating I would. We requested an estimate and Jesus came out. Jesus said he would email an estimate later that day. After a couple of days I sent him an email to see if he had any questions for us. No response. It’s now 6 days later with no response or estimate. Don’t waste your time with Rock Roofing.

We work as both Realtors and property management agents and have gone through a lot of roofing companies. Rock Roofing is the best. The last estimate was within a few hours of Jesus being on the roof and, to be honest, he's the only one I want on my personal roof.

We had some wind and rain damage and were in need of a new roof - and of course all of this happened over the Thanksgiving/Christmas time frame! We selected Rock Roofing based on recommendations from our insurance company and their competitive estimate. Rock roofing was responsive to our needs and fit our project into their busy schedule. Then they worked around what seemed like weekly storms to get our roof replaced. Their crew was efficient and thorough; they did the job without any issues or "extra" costs. Our new roof looks terrific - and it has a 4 year warrantee. We are very pleased with

Roof replaced 10/2018. Tar in air conditioning unit, tar on wall, leaks in kitchen where skylight is. Skylights in bathroom were not sealed and dirt and wind came through. Skylights in living room damaged part of player where the skylight attaches. Not sealed down properly. Dirt and dust dropped onto dining table. Left nails and metal washers on the ground in back and front of house. Have had them out 5 times to further repair as each windstorm or rain storm shows the seals have not been fixed. Again today 11/19/2019 water dripping into kitchen and would is now stained around the skylight and water

We were assigned this company through a home warranty program. The customer service was terrible. They couldn't give us any estimate of even the day when they'd be out. We asked for at least a 30 minutes heads up when they were headed to our house, so I could run home from my work to be there and show them on the interior where the leak was. They 'forgot' to call, and only did so 5 minutes before because they somehow had the house number wrong. My husband and I rushed home. They were pulling out of our driveway as we both pulled in.
