Placed aluminum siding on backwards causing water to be pushed towards the house instead of away. Did not seal joints correctly. Reported incorrect dates of work to avoid respecting their warranty of only 3 years (shortest in town, for a reason). All roofing companies I had inspect it after their work were astonished at the poor craftsmanship.

I called this company after noticing a leak over my garage. They came to my house the following day and replaced part of the roof two days later. Their price was fair and I'm confident in their work. The repair was done in August 2020 and no issues since then (5 months later). Everyone we interacted with was professional and pleasant. I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair.

MAV was recommended by our realtor. Julian came out for an estimate and was on time and very professional. Their estimate was by far the best we received. Unlike other companies, they actually listened to what I asked them to do and recommended additional necessary repairs. Scheduling was easy and they offered to come out sooner than expected when they had a last minute opening. They were on time, did quality work, cleaned up like they weren't even there, and I was impressed with the job. Miguel, the owner, even called to make sure I was satisfied. Please don't waste your valuable time and hard earned money on this roofing company. I'm only giving them 2 stars because the half of the work that they actually did was 2 star worthy, but the rest of the work was not done. When discussing the issue with the staff, they were defensive and prideful. They refused to admit they hadn't done the job correctly and did not agree to fix their mistakes. They wanted to charge more money to fix areas that they forgot to fix, despite their original quote. They also said they couldn't find the materials they needed so they made do with

Beware. We had an inspection and they recommended replacing the entire roof for $30,000. Three inconsistencies. They quoted that the owner inspected. he didn't, he sent a very young inspector. They spec'd it as a 1 ply roof - its not, its a 3 ply. He pointed out ridge lines as leaking areas. They are not, they are conduits. This company should have their license revoked!

Look out senior widows..I had mav replace my roof...in oct 18.. they had taken the swamp cooler off my roof hence taking the hoses with it from the inside ... well May comes along and I run my ac unit and there is water spewing every where. So I sent an email to the owner and explained the situation.. he refused to take re responsibility for the issue and for the gaping hole they left...my neighbors had asked who did my roof because they needed a new one .. well I showed them what was wasn't done and they went to a different co..not to mention they left debris in my driveway for 5 days...

Very professional front office when I made the initial call. Estimate was promptly done. The crew arrived early to start work. Not just one, two, or three. But I think about 8 men. The job was done fast and completed in 1.5 days (before any chance of rain). All of the them were courteous and professional on my property. And the clean up was excellent. Would recommend MAV Roofing.

My previous review was very negative-after much back and forth Miguel at MAV Roofing inspected the roof he had repaired and found it repaired correctly with no leaks. In addition, he replaced 7 tiles that were damaged at no cost to me. Yeah! According to him his office had not received the calls I had made.

If I could rate this absurd blowhard a NEGATIVE star, I would. This individual is a snake-oil salesman with absolutely NO knowledge of business acquisition, retention; instead, relies solely on the referrals of equally shady real estate (NON)professionals. I encourage ANYONE that has had this misfortune of being steered toward this company by LONG REALTY/SoldonSaddlebrooke.com agents to file a grievance with the DRE as well as the BBB (pretty useless, I know) as well as the County. Fortunately I reside in a community that keeps tabs and has little patience with things of this nature.

Miguel Valenzuela is a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. We called him the afternoon we found the leak in our roof and he was there the next morning to do the inspection. It was a week before the repair could be done because of the snow & rain. His crew did an excellent job, cleaned up everything, and documented the entire process with pictures, all at a very fair price.

Had work done on my roof last year by MAV. Seemed ok, one leak not found. Called second roofer out who found the second leak in 5 minutes. They did a temp fix.
I'd asked the MAV owner to come back and inspect my roof after one year. That period lapsed 6 months ago. No call, no follow-up inspection.
Now the roof leak has started again and after 2 calls I got an appointment for an estimate to fix the second leak. So far it's a no show for the roofer and no call to explain any delay. This company is no longer very customer friendly and that's a shame as they started out very good

I can't say enough about this roofing company. It's not only honest and reliable, but did a favor for us. Our budget was not enough for the whole repair, so they made a rebate, without hidden requests! They were very friendly and the workers did a huge project for us. I don't think I could ever thank them enough, just wanted to share my experience and to tell everyone that this roofing company is the right choice for everyone looking for an excellent service!
