Amazing customer service! The best communication I have received from any contractor. They called to schedule after we accepted the estimate, gave us a two week heads-up (as we asked so we could move our solar panels out of the way), and also called on the business day before our scheduled repair to confirm. The workers were very polite and also cleaned up all work debris. I highly recommend Hallmark Roofing!

Got a warranty less than a year ago but they patched up the bare minimum while the interior is completely trashed and covered in mold. Even after that it still rains inside. It needs to be redone but they're trying to just put a bandaid on it.
*Edit* Changed my rating to 3 stars since I was asked to update it. They came back and fixed the top of the roof and were pleasant about it and it actually held this time. No interior work. I recommend checking your warranty with them as it doesn't cover much. This was all blamed on previous home owners who wanted it done cheap to sell. The company recommended

This was my second time I needed Hallmark for their service. Both times their service was excellent and completed with no surprisesl. Their technicians are friendly and take the time to answer any questions you have. The repair required only one service call to complete. My roof is one of the most important parts of my home and I would only trust Hallmark to fix a problem. I appreciate contractors who recognize your concerns and do their best to satisfy.

Hallmark did a great job recoating our roof this summer. It is worth noting that we had them inspect our roof 2 or 3 times before they told us something actually needed repairs. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism!

Hallmark Roofing was very easy to work with. They were there immediately to inspect. I received the repair information and cost immediately. Scheduled and they were at our home as promised. But it was also the professionalism of the office girls I worked with. The guys that came out to do the repairs wore their masks even outside ... they were friendly ... they did their job clearing up any and all debris and then they were gone. My bill came in an email the next day ... what a pleasure!

Hallmark Roofing was referred to me by my real estate agent. I needed the roof inspected, repaired and coated. Hallmark came out looked at the roof and by the next day I had the estimate which was very fair. The men that came out to do the roof introduced themselves and told me what they were doing. The workers were courteous and considerate. All in all everyone I dealt with at Hallmark was really pleasant and I am glad that I chose them to work on the roof.

Contacted Hallmark Roofing after seeing them referred on Next Door App. Needed some minor roof trim/fascia work done. They were very busy so it took a bit of time to get me on the schedule but it wasn’t an urgent matter. I had contacted two other places and they were the only ones that actually included information for an entire roof inspection and not just the specific area. Work completed and a followup inspection was done. It was found one area of work was not completed correctly the first time and they immediately had people back out within a few days and got the correct work done. This was

This is the 2nd time I've used Hallmark roofing (first was for our house inspection). The crew was very helpful in explaining what was going to be done to fix a section of the roof that was leaking. They pulled up the tiles, reinstalled the underlayment and filled in areas with mortar to prevent further leaks. They also did a great job of re-coating our patio cover and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend their work!
