To do a flat roof properly you must start at the top of the parapit wall. All cracks in the top of the wall must be patched with rubber cement. The top of the wall must then be coated with roof coating, as house paint does not seal the stucco. This eliminates frost damage, and leaks down the wall. Having owned a home in Tucson for a very long time. I have never seen roofer describe to me in detail the necessary steps in patching and repairing my roof. He coats it so thick it is a UV block. I've never seen work of this caliber. He's flawless in his performance and execution. I have walked my roof end to end and there are no holes on my roof.

After 10 years it was time to coat the roof. We had paid for a 10 year coating and guarantee from another company in 2010. 2 years in we had a leak around a downspout, we called and the business was gone. So it cost more to have someone patch/seal/coat the problem plus repairs to the drywall etc. below the leak.

We hired Randall's Roofing after interviewing several other roofing repair companies. We purchased a home in Tucson that had quite a bit of damage from the winter snow storm of 2019. I waited an entire year before posting my review which I am going to give as 5 stars. The job held up and we have had zero problems with our flat roof. No more leaks!! The thing I liked best was the warranty which we have thankfully not had to use yet, but it's always good to have a back up plan when needed. I feel confident in recommending this company to anyone that has a flat roof that needs recoating

We had several roofing companies bid on our leaky roof when we first moved here. Randall's Rubberized Roofing was not the lowest bid. In fact, he came in about midway priced. We had Randall recoat our roof about 2 years ago as well. Initially, his bid was higher than the other companies but we felt his methods would result in a better coating and his warranty was 6 years for us.
We could not be happier with the initial results and Randall really does stand by his warranty. We have had two minor leaks in the 2+ years since the recoating (1 skylight and 1 from a rooftop HVAC unit) both of which were due to normal Arizona weather wear and tear. Randall was out in a couple days to fix both of these problems free of charge with no fuss.
His service has been outstanding

We have a flat roof and it was leaking. We called several roofing companies and the quotes were very high. Then we found Randall's Rubberized Roofing. Randall's quote was 50% lower than the quotes from the other roofers. Randall and his crew arrived on time and the roof was done in two days. Yes, Randall was with his crew during the whole process.
