They came out fairly promptly to provide an estimate of the decking work we wanted them to perform. They claimed it would take about 2 weeks to generate that estimate. It has now been over 2 months and every time I call they say they will look it up and call me back or have someone else call me back. I have yet to receive a call back from them.
