Formerly known as United Moving and storage and/or Oasis Moving. Same address; same gang of crooks with another name. In my office is a portable piano they smashed in transit. After years in storage I opened the sealed box of another electronic keyboard they shipped and it's damaged too. NEVER use this company.

Where do I start..... a company that holds your things hostage for almost a month. We were at their mercy the entire move.. no compassion for we were going through. The lady Kathleen, the one in the office who acted like she owned the place was the rudest horrible human being ever... she hung up on my husband a couple of times.. can you imagine a company who has everything you own and won't tell you when or who is bringing your stuff. They put everything in a warehouse until they got another load to our state... Almost a month later we finally received our stuff... Would anyone in their right

Dealing with this company has been the most stressful part of my husband's and my cross-country move. First they were supposed to pick up during the day on 9/23, they called that day and said it would be the morning on 9/26. Then on 9/25 they called and said they were coming on that evening, around 6 PM. Upon picking up our items, we were told our original estimate was off and we had to pay more, their reasoning being there are some items that cannot be stacked on top of one another, so it takes up more space in the truck. Fine, OK, we paid - at that point our stuff was already in the van

From start to end, horrible experience. We had a truck that was supposed to come on a Tuesday morning that didn't arrive until Wednesday morning. They were about to drop off all of our stuff on a date that we did not confirm nor email them about. Calling customer service was a train wreck, Kathleen is rude and unprofessional. Our company will never use them again.

Upon pick up you are shown one level of care and service and upon delivery you are subject to the opposite. Everyone needs to file a complaint online with the BBB of southern Nevada as well as FMCSA which is the DOT that governs moves that go across state lines.
And avoid Kathleen who claims to be the highest person in the company at all costs!!! Save yourself the headache.
Your items will be lost and damaged and oh well.
If you currently have a move in progress with them do NOT sign the bill of lading when they deliver your stuff until you have thoroughly checked and opened every single box. otherwise you are for sure screwed. They tell you that

My brother hired this company to move boxes from Las Vegas to two Midwest locations. Got a call at 8pm saying driver would make my drop off by noon. Next morning he drove to another location first and called to say it would be before three pm. Then he called again to say it would be 8pm. Apparently they sub contract drivers and the guy with my delivery decided to pick up other loads instead of dropping mine off. This delivery was going to a business that closes at 5pm. After spending many days fielding quotes from over a dozen interstate moving companies, I chose U-Trust. There were several factors that were important to me, besides price.
I didnt have a lot of stuff to move; about enough to fill a 16' truck. About 5 of my quotes were for about 5-10% less than U-Trust, and I also had 4 quotes that were double or triple theirs.
But customer service and detail were my focus. They were super-nice on the phone, and very understanding of my difficulty arranging to be at both the pickup and the delivery location (about 700 miles away)
