We had Thresher move our piano out to garage and then back in a few months later. When they placed the second time a wheel was missing and it is now not level. It’s an old piano and I understand that things happen when you move it but we can’t find the wheel and I called to complain about it just after they left and he had the kid that moved it call and he just said “oh yeah I forgot to tell you it was missing a wheel.” No one else even bothered to follow up. So now I have paid more than the piano is worth to have it moved twice and I will have to lift it myself to fix it. Like I said I

Thresher bumped my move today because they said it wasn't on their schedule. Even though my dad had set it up a week ago directly with the manager. Basically, they lied because we all know they bumped me for a bigger job. The real kicker is my dad has paid this moving company hundreds of dollars to move a piano twice, do junk removal, and more. They just lost my dad's business and mine. I'm a Realtor and will NOT be referring Thresher to any of my clients. Have integrity and show up for jobs!

DO NOT USE!!! Very deceptive and unprofessional. Completely baited my wife by quoting his lowest possible price and then after the move demanded we pay an amount almost double. The second my wife questioned the misunderstanding he threatened to send us to collections. Completely rude and unwilling to reason. I ended up paying it because my wife was literally scared of him.

Interesting experience. Called twice and reached someone, seemed like they were in the middle of a move or driving but scheduled me, didn't take my address but figured maybe just penciling me and following up for that later or something. Turns out I wasn't scheduled- figured, and had to reschedule. Once the movers delivered and set up everything was fine but getting it scheduled didn't give me the warm fuzzies. The movers were courteous and careful as they assembled my piano, minus the weird scheduling issue they were a pleasure to have.

First off let me say owner Bill is a very nice guy but I am disappointed in a couple of things:
1. I scheduled the move for a Friday that they forgot about and they had to reschedule me for Monday. Which meant i had to totally adjust 2 days of scheduling
2. When they arrived at my house to deliver the piano they didn't bring the right equipment to go up my stairs or enough crew and they were going to reschedule me for another day. So...they decided to try another path and take the long way around which is fine but ended up costing me $200 more than quoted since they put down plywood

Our service was great! We were so happy with Bill and his team. We called last minute and they squeezed us in the day before Thanksgiving. They were on time and kept us informed of their whereabouts. They moved our new baby grand and even helped move it into different positions in the room making it possible for us to chose the best layout w/o… breaking our backs. They also moved our old piano to the home of a relative, but before doing that they fixed a broken part at no extra cost. In fact, our price was exactly what he quoted us plus one stair ($5) that I had forgotten to tell him about

Jason and crew from Thresher were professional, timely and charged me exactly the amount they quoted over the phone. ($150 base rate + $10/stair to go from Lindon to Sandy) Our beautiful 1905 Packard baby grand upright was delivered on time and without incident. Smooth and easy on both ends of the move, I am quite happy with their service!

Moving a piano is no easy task. After a terrible experience of moving my piano into my home with 8 guys, scratched floors and a broken toe, I knew we could never do that again. Thankful to a friend who recommended Thresher Piano movers! They make it look so simple! They arrived on time and very friendly. I felt at ease with their confidence that they knew just what they were doing. They transported my piano in an enclosed trailer and used tie downs and blankets to protect and secure it.
