First call: I called to get my 6 palm trees trimmed, and asked for a quote. Business owner said Ruben would be the guy stopping by to look at the trees at 4:30 pm that same afternoon and she would then email me the quote. Second call: I waited till the next day and called again because I hadn't received a quote, and did not see or hear from Ruben. She apologized, and said she would be contacting me in a few hours after she had a chance to speak to Ruben. A few hours later Ruben called and said he would be by to look at the trees the following day so they could get me an estimate. It's now 4 days

Oro Valley Tree Service removed some very large Palo Verde limbs that were overhanging my home and took care of some ivy overgrowth. They were very careful of my property when others would have potentially damaged my stucco. I will definitely use them in the future for any work on trees or in my yard.

I had Oro Valley Tree Service come and give me a quote to trim two trees at my house. They relentlessly sent several follow up emails trying to earn my business. I thought their quote was too high so, I asked them to stop sending me emails. This was their response.
“Well maybe you should have simply reached out to us and told us that you do not wish to proceed. You invited us to your property and to provide you a quote. We didn’t suddenly just start “sending you these”. You asked for the information.

They did a fantastic job trimming our 3 Oak Trees in the backyard and the Mesquite tree on the side of our house. The cleanup was so well done that the neighbors asked for their details. Job well done guys! I will be calling in the future when our trees are ready for another trim. We were happy to have found this tree company after trying others over the years. Even the Mrs is happy and she is rather hard to please.

I needed a Desert Broom weed removed. I actually thought it was a tree until a neighbor complained that the blooms were clogging their swimming pool filter. I called Oro Valley Tree Service and they sent someone out promptly. I was very happy with the results and they were able to get rid of the roots. I would recommend their services anytime.

These guys are super! They trimmed three extremely tall palm trees on our property that had an over abundance of brown fronds. For the Mesquite tree on the side of our house, they removed a branch that was a bit too close. Our trees look amazing now and the clean up was done very well. Thanks so much Oro Valley Tree Service! The crew did such a fine job on our trees! It looks so nice now. They climbed up our large palm trees and removed the all the brown dead stuff. They trimmed it very nice and now it looks all healthy and green. I was worried that the brown leaves were going to fall on my car and it was not an attractive sight at all. In addition, they also trimmed our large Mesquite tree on the side of our house. I was worried about the clean up but they cleaned up after themselves very well. They hauled everything away too. My yard looks like it got a makeover and I am a very happy homeowner now.
